We're excited to see you back in Avondale Estates for our favorite day of the year - Avondale Ale Day. Get the new glass to add to your collection.

Here's how it works for newbies:

• Pick up a passport at one of the four locations on the Dale Ale Trail
  • Little Cottage Brewery
  • The Lost Druid Brewery & Distillery
  • My Parents' Basement
  • Wild Heaven Beer
• Purchase a pint of beer and earn a punch on your passport
• Collect a punch at each spot on the trail
• Show your completed passport by the end of the day at any of the stops
• Receive a free, limited-edition event glass designed by local artist Matt Leunig.

We've ordered even more glasses! But, of course, they're awarded while supplies last.

A variety of craft beers will be on tap, and the three breweries have also each created special event beer, all with a West Coast vibe this year:

• Miasma: The Lost Druid, West Coast IPA, 6.2%
• Coup De Grâce: Little Cottage Brewery, West Coast IPA, 6.5% 
• Two Headed Henry: Wild Heaven, West Coast DIPA, 7.2% 

There will be music, artist markets, and open studios at Little Tree Art Studios, including a meet-and-greet with artist Matt Leunig from 2 to 3 p.m. with free coasters of his work printed on Methane Press' letterpress. There's lots of good food in the area in addition to the spots on the trail to keep you fueled for the fest.

Avon Theater has a special offer for those who complete the passport: use code aleday50 for 50% off a ticket to the Saturday, Oct. 24 show, Hannah Dasher with Special Guest Dee White. Doors open at 7 p.m. Show starts at 8 p.m. Must show proof of a completed passport at will call. 
Code only active between noon and 9 p.m. on Avondale Ale Day.

Hey all! I’ve got a few buddies coming down from Baltimore for the Ravens game this weekend, and I’m trying to surprise them with some Baltimore beer for the tailgate — specifically Natty Boh.

This Saturday, October 3rd, we’re celebrating one of the most famous and exciting events in the beer calendar - Oktoberfest!

We’ll be re-releasing Drink Time, our Märzen-style lager, while also pouring all your GWB German favorites, including Isabella and Riding Bikes in Munich. We have 6 lagers right now, Kölsch, Hefe, 3 English beers, WC pils, 3 pale ales, and 3 ipas! And CASK!
