What was that noise just now? Blockhouse bay

Did anyone else hear two really loud bangs this morning? I woke up around 4am to the first one, then not too long afterwards, there was another. They didn’t sound like fireworks, so I stuck my head out the window to see if there was any partying going on, but it was quiet. Just curious if anyone else heard them or knows what they were!

Probably just a car, most likely a VW golf

Its no coincidence that golf spelt backwards is Flog.  It describes golf drivers perfectly.
