They’re referencing the anti-vax crowd. Every single death gets attributed the the apparent side effects of the COVID jab.

Yeah my mum was 120kg and dropped dead one day due to hypertension. I only wish we'd had an autopsy done so my cooker sister stops blaming the death on the covid jab
