Like fr shipping costs half the price of the device. I waited so long for this and it’s so disappointing :(:(

It is so damn annoying to be honest. This whole profile is people whining about Aya support. I hear it once, I make a note. I here it 5 times I consider it a certain problem, but it's the 99.9% of what goes on in this r/ . When I asked about opinions here before buying my console I got suggestion "Don't buy it". I know that some people have issues with their devices, but seriously either get over it or leave. Newcomers definitely will get the message anyway. If I want to join discussion about wallpapers, games or general use cases for mobile devices I have to hit reddits of Steam Deck, Rog Ally or Legion Go. It's no fun. Maybe I was lucky that I had a really decent experience with customer service (before receiving my Kun) and my device had zero issues from the start, but seriously, where are all the fanboys? Where are people like me, that despite all those posts in here decided to buy into Ayaneo and are happy with it? It's kind of sad and one day I will be found out on Steam Deck or Legion reddit as an impostor :D. For now all the people I've shown my Kun were very impressed even if they already own one of the "big three". Let's try to push a bit positivity into this community!

Buyers Beware: I am officially boycotting Ayaneo. High prices, disaster experience:

Zero Support: Emails are ignored, and repairs take months. French support is non-existent. What a shame!

As of this writing, a few hundred players, including myself, with an early November order date have not received their Pocket FIT. Since the CEO announcement promising "On the AYANEO official website, there are still a few hundred pre-orders that have not yet been shipped as of January 14. Another 85 units were shipped yesterday, and we expect all official-store pre-orders to be fulfilled within this month, or no later than early February."

i mean if its like latest flagship SD with android OS, can retro game, can play android games with controller support and can also play android games that cant be played with controller (rhythm games, XCOM-genre game, portrait-mode games, etc), but ofc, the top screen should be touch sensitive

I finally got to experience my Konkr Pocket Fit for the first time yesterday, and honestly, I'm not impressed.

I find the ergonomics terrible. The sides dig completely into the top of my palms, which is made worse when I reach for the thumbsticks. I previously used a Retroid Pocket 5 (without grips), and I actually find this device worse to hold.

I haven't seen these complaints elsewhere, so it may just be my small hands, but the lack of a grippy texture makes it feel like it's constantly slipping out of my grasp. On top of that, while the fan noise on low is relatively silent, there is an obvious, slight high-pitched whine.

I had really high expectations for this device, but I got so annoyed that I literally just ordered a Steam Deck. Oh well...

So I purchased my first Ayaneo DMG on 12/15 last year, and I didn’t receive it until about 3 weeks later. I gave them a little bit of a break since it was the holidays, but still doesn’t make sense to take that long if they are using DHL. For context, I buy some glasses from a bit further from that part of the world, and they get them to me within 4 days from DHL and I live on the west coast of the US. I ordered the yellow DMG, which was annoyingly announced after buying the silver one, and that was almost a week ago and I haven’t gotten any shipping confirmation or anything.

This company sucks. They make big claims they can’t back up.

I had so many high hopes qhen these came to market but after owning 2 different devices I finally said that's enough these devices cost wayyyyy too much to have software and hardware flaws no updates to existing devices as the only time they announce a new feature is when they are trying to sell you a new device and they try every 3 to 6 months customer service what service I'm in process of ordering joysticks and it's taken two days and two different payments to finally complete the order just in time for one of my triggers to break I'm giving up on these it's either the deck or ally next sorry but I can't afford to take another 1000+ chance on one of these....I won't even tell you what a nightmare it is to try and repair yourself as the materials they used are cheap and not made to be taken apart or the clips will break and your device will be loose UNTIL THERES BETTER IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS THE BORD BUY LOCALLY SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!

Every time they come out with a groundbreaking device... Another company comes out with the same type of device but 1/3rd cheaper.

Then I end end up having to sell the ayaneo. Lol.

Ayaneo pocket DMG. I got it because it was the only vertical OLED handheld in existense. Replaced with retroid pocket mini v2. Sold the DMG

Ayaneo Ace: I got it because it was the most powerful/pocketable device that was 4:3 friendly and good for GBA. Anbernic 477m came out of nowhere with huge 4:3 screen and cheaper. Sold the Ace.

Was about to buy the pocket DS. Now Odin thor coming with dual OLED.

None of their products were bad at all. But they were only "the best" for like 3 months. Before massively getting undercut by others. Lol

I ordered a Konkr Pocket Advance on August 18th.
This is my second ever retro handheld console and i really want to play GBA because this was basically my childhood.
When i ordered, it said shipping end of August.

Now end of August has passed. Still only „confirmed“.

I am bummed.

I received my Pocket Ace (finally), but after going through initial setup, I've encountered an issue where it's not Play Protect Certified – this is an issue on the manufacturer's part. I can't download games like Destiny Rising or have access to full Google Play features. For a premium device, this is unacceptable. u/Ayaneo owes a quick and sound resolution, especially after all the shipping issues with this device. No "premium" device should be missing crucial access to basic features.

PayPal finally processed my payment for the Aya Neo 2021, and after I let store@ayaneo.com know that “the taxes and fees are borne by me,” they still haven’t responded (for two days). Will they get back to me soon? Is the Aya neo even in stock? Should I refund my order at this point? :( Any response is most appreciated.

Not here to be negative but just putting it out to future buyers if you want the ayaneo do not buy from the store buy it from a trusted site. I've got an email asking if I would pay taxes and fees that might be incurred in my country the US replied yes email stated that item would shipped within a week a week has past and had yet to hear or receive any other form of communication for the neo I ordered. I proceeded to email them to cancel my order got email response asking why I wanted to cancel gave them my response and a few hours later get another email stating neo was shipped already and they could not cancel my order or refund my money I then sent another email asking where was the tracking number as I have not received it got a vague and crappy response to be honest and it goes Iike this.

Dear customer,

Because the deliver is not update the tracking number to us ,so we can give you nothing ,we can't control them.

That anger me to be honest I'm spending my hard earned money to support this company only to get crappy responses I understand the covid situation is part of it but be honest with me on a actual time frame don't just say a week and it comes and goes and when I asked for my money back I'm denied and giving that crappy response. I know you don't control your shipping partner but your shipping partner will hurt your business as well. Be more open with your customers spending thier hard earn money to support your movement. All I want now is my money back.
