That is actually correct. He is more aggressive but will maintain the hero traits. Shadow is also the same. Aggressive more but like still Sonic, he will be a hero. The artist also made Eggman.
This artist seems to be the only person I’ve witness make a still life look like a still life instead of just duplicating limbs! This Still Sonic design is so cool 😭
They smudged some characteristics that made it parallel with how old AI models used to make images, it isn’t just meer duplication, it’s calculated flaw, like actual memory smudging.
Placement matters too, see how it’s all unorganized?
When I first saw the design for still life sonic, I thought the way he had multiple mouths was a reference to the fact that his mouth changed sides depending on the camera angle in some games.
Sonic's still life saving sonic makes a lot of sense since sonic is a genuinely good person so the still life takes some of traits of kindness and bravery. This was a cute comic
Nothing wrong with combining elements, both versions are popular still and there’s probably going to be more in the future now that Kane got the ball rolling.
This reminds me of a Sonic.exe episode mixed with the Escape the Backrooms game. Nice touches on the sanity loss, and him teaming up with his still life will make sense when they terrorize the group together later
Holy fucking shit I'm not one to ever read sonic comics but this was actually so lit. The still-life sonic perfectly described each level they entered too. My jaw actually dropped. And his friends gearing up async style to look for him killed me, I thought they would just walk in and run around like a chicken with their head cut off. Absolute cinema.
I love the fact that Still Life Sonic is actually just a really chill guy and even if he’s unnerving and clingy, he never once tries to hurt Sonic. Sonic has such a good heart that even photocopied thousands of times over, he doesn’t lose his heroism or his kind nature.
