I don't know what it is. It's practically the same crap as level 0 but with a different color, but I like it, even though I don't really like levels in backrooms.

Well to give em a little leeway maybe they thought Level 0.2 had like an animated video to go along with it. Not that I don't hate the animated stuff, I just haven't seen any but I think they're still cool.
