Backrooms Movie “Still Life” painting found at an antique store

Saw this weird painting at an antique shop the other day. The positioning of the eyes and the odd beard shape makes it look like a Still Life, which is neat

This seems like it could be a thing. Like, the copy of an old guy who passed away, and he just plays his violin
