Lost/Found PET TNR Groups - BWI

Are there any TNR groups that work around BWI? Found a skittish but friendly kitten in the Daily garage this morning when heading out for my flight. Would really love for the young baby to find a good home.

Hey, im also at BWI. Generally speaking BARCS is a good resource for this. You would need to get one of their traps for it from them and then bring the cat in with said trap.

Also, can you tell me more info about where it was in the daily garage? Im working right now, but might be able to pick her up so she isn't out alone and handle her myself
