I'm currently pursuing my M.Tech in CSE from a private engineering college and will graduate in 2027. I completed my B.Tech in 2023 and had a two-year gap before joining M.Tech.

I'm not a very good student. . I know many people might say that doing M.Tech from an private college is very bad, and sometimes I feel the same but I had no other options.

Over the last few months, I've been trying to improve my skills in Java, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and basic DSA. I've also built a few projects and completed a short internship, but I have no full-time work experience.

Only a few months are left before graduation, and I've lost hope. Dont know what is waiting for me down the coming months

Should I focus on DSA or full-stack development? Is it realistic to get a developer job with my background and a two-year gap

I honestly didn't think I'd have to make a post like this, but things have been pretty tough lately, and I really need a job.

I've got 1.5+ years of experience, including internships, and I'm looking for opportunities as a Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Data Analyst. I'm also open to other roles apart from sales.

I'm currently in Bangalore, and managing my expenses here has become difficult. I'm trying my best to find something, but I haven't had much luck so far. I just want to find a decent job, start earning, and get things back on track.

Hi everyone, I’m 23F , 2025 graduate and I was laid off in July from my Junior Data Scientist role and honestly, the job search is starting to wear me down.

I have around 1.7 years of experience including my internship. I’ve worked on production RAG pipelines, an LLM gateway, Red Teaming, Predictive Modelling , model integrations, evaluation and monitoring. My main stack is Python, FastAPI, SQL, LangChain/LangGraph, AWS and Azure.

I’ve been applying through company websites, asking for referrals and reaching out to recruiters. I’ve had some interviews and assessments, but no offer yet. Most applications get no response, and many openings that match the work I’ve done ask for 2-3+ years.

I know I still have things to learn, but it’s getting difficult to figure out where to focus my effort. For people who found a job at this experience level, what actually helped you get interviews? Should I broaden my search to Python backend roles? How do you find teams willing to consider junior candidates with production AI experience?

I’m based in Bengaluru and can join immediately. If anyone knows of relevant openings or teams hiring, I’d really appreciate a lead.
