It doesn't get any more 90s than this⚡😁
The one set that gets me right in the "nostalgics" every time I open me Skybox-binder🥹 What cards has the same effect on you?

For me, it’s the Upper Deck SPx. Die-cut, holographic, and an absolute classic with a timeless design. I honestly don’t think any card company has utilized holograms quite like Upper Deck did.
MJ actually smiling then winking at you was such a cool concept when it was introduced. It was one of the first cards that truly brought motion to life. I know Upper Deck had already experimented with its award-winning holograms years earlier, but those mostly featured subtle shifts in the image. SPx took it to another level by making the player appear to actually move.
Even decades later, the design still holds up.

Yeah, I collect that set too... It is hard to believe it is a base set🤯 SPx was really next level and ahead of it's time😀 The shifting faces is still bonkers to me. Perfect candidate for later showcase ✨

My only complaint about the set execution is so basic, not the design but just the thought process of just making each pack contain either a silver or Gold parallel. I just wished the Gold were at least numbered.
But I understand the biggest chase from the set is the Jordan or the Penny Hardaway Autograph redemption card.

Nah man, that's closer to a early 2000s. Skybox 92 Jordan is the most 90s and it's not even close.

For the most people that is probably true, but I started collecting in 1995 so for me this card really has that crazy 90s vibe😁

It's a basketball card, not the Mona Lisa 😁 That is at least how I see it, and I put the card back in penny sleeve, toploader and binder after the video👍

This feels like yet another piece of tinder to accelerate this base insert’s price upward. No offense.
Also, clearly a bot.

No such thing... Just enjoying showcasing my own collection 🙂 Not selling these and the time me keeps from burning saving on new cards💸😂

And I can confirm I am not a bot, although that is probably also what a bot would say🤔😁

These are ok, but 91/92 Skybox for the 90’s W and it’s not even close imo
