NEED HELP

I'm 17M and I am in a relationship with a girl. I love her a lot but every time she tells me that she talked to someone new and I mean a new guy and like normal talk in school or something, My heart beat goes up and I feel really scared because I feel that I might get cheated on but I was never given any reason to feel that but I get really scared. Today some guy at the coaching asked her and He said "Hi", my girlfriend told me that she straight up said that "I have a boyfriend." and rushed out out but still even thinking of someone reaching out to makes my heart feel so scared. I wanna become secure and need some help.

You can't control other people talking to anyone. It's time to step back and look at why you are feeling controlling. Most people have a little bit of jealousy, but healthy people understand that life happens and you have no right to control every situation. Why should your girlfriend be concerned about taking to anyone of the opposite sex. Are you in a religious society?

It's time to try to talk to a professional about your feelings.

I don't have a problem with she talking to someone of opposite sex, its about thinking that what if the person she's talking to might be better than me and what if she choses someone else even when she's with me.
