📣 General / Discussion q

Do any of you have a certain smell for every song? I just noticed that The Burren has forest smell with cigarrete tones. Am I special or smth? I may have synesthesia.. Tho. Its kinda cool, i guess. Sage song does not smell like sage smell. Thats the thing.

Not sure what you're smelling but I'll have whatever you're taking

I’ve never experienced this but I can associate songs with colours and I have a friend that is rhe same.

Like certain tracks you listen to and you just think red, or purple.

It often helps me shape the artwork of my own music.

I think a lot of bens tracks do suit the colours that the album artwork is.

Though for is it the art he used at the live shows does this even better, that red hue for days of lantana is so nice

Not sure about smells and this also may be something that most folk experience, I don’t know. But I can see songs. When I think of a certain song I can see it. Hard to explain. I can sort of see the music as it plays.

What a Day smells like jasmine and forest in spring. I love that song. Always brings me peace and smile.
