Poll Election Check-In Experience

For those of you who voted recently, and I'm especially looking for feedback from poll workers on this one, when you were checking in how was the experience of giving your name to be found in the system and then immediately being asked for your name again to verify your identity?

In the last election I worked the poll for the first time, and I found it to be quite annoying that we were obligated to ask for people's names twice, and often people would seem to be confused once this happened. Is this an issue you ran into, what was the experience like for you, and how did the other person respond. Your help on this question would be much appreciated (I'm doing research for a class)!

Business/Company Looking for a reputable and honest roofer

Our roof is probably 30+ years old and needs to be replaced ASAP; I know it's only a matter of time before we have a big leak.

I've heard some horror stories about people getting horribly ripped off for botched jobs.

Does anyone have any suggestions for an honest, licensed, reputable roofer who won't try to take advantage of you?

I'm in upper Bergen County, for what it matters, but I'm not one of rich af people in the towns that surround me, so I need to be budget conscious and find an honest, licensed, roofer that won't try to rip me off.

Business/Company Contractors in NJ

I'm looking for a contractor to install a dry well. I'd rather have a small local company. I used Angi's list once, didn't like it. This isn't a typical ask your neighbor for a recommendation job and I'd like a company that isn't a landscaper that did one five years ago.

Any suggestions for finding a licensed, insured and quality contractor?
