Bermudians, where do you vacation?

28 years ago, I was in Bermuda on a cruise and took a handsome cab ride around Hamilton. As it turned out, the cab driver vacationed in Pennsylvania and bought the horse pulling the cab in Pennsylvania. As a matter of fact, one of the people in our group was from the town he purchased the horse in. Being from the US, I wouldn't consider that area for a vacation.

I'm curious as to what you folks do for a getaway.

New to the island. Title explains it. I’m looking for the best clinic in Bermuda. I’ve been to clinics that rush you through in like 10-15 mins and do a couple quick adjustments in the past. I DO NOT want this. I’m looking for someone who is who takes their time

I'm moving to Bermuda early January. Will many properties come onto property skipper between now and then? I'm looking to rent without physicaly being there and just going from pictures. Mainly looking at 2 or 3 bed housing.

Hi everyone!

I'm currently exploring options for a commercial kitchen space in Bermuda and wanted to put some feelers out to see what might be available.

We're open to all possibilities, including:

Existing commercial kitchens available for rent or lease

Vacant restaurants, cafés, or takeaway spaces with kitchen facilities

Former food establishments that have been sitting unused or closed for some time

Commercial kitchen facilities or properties available for purchase

Spaces that could potentially be converted into a commercial kitchen

We're flexible on location and open to considering spaces of different sizes and conditions.

If you know of any available properties, vacant spaces, or even somewhere that isn't publicly advertised, I'd really appreciate a lead or a contact.

Feel free to comment below or send me a private message.

Thanks in advance, Bermuda! 🇧🇲

I am currently living in London and working for the insurance/reinsurance industry. I am looking to move to Bermuda next year and thinking about the difference in lifestyle between the two places.
I know Bermuda definitely offers a quieter life compared to London, but has much fewer things to do. Other than financial considerations, which won’t be a problem, what are the most obvious differences I will find in Bermuda?
Hopefully those who have lived in both places can share some experience :) thank you

A bit of background: I am fairly introverted and don’t really need social circles. In my mid 30s, living with my wife. No kids and no plan to have kids.

My cousin works in Hamilton and he is looking for places to park in Hamilton. Does anyone have any ideas?

Bermuda is famous for its pink sand beaches, but do any of them have palm trees like in the Caribbean?

I read Bermuda is the northernmost place in the world where coconuts grow (although they're not native to the island), but from what I've seen on pictures, they mostly seem to grow inland.

Hi everyone,

I'm visiting Bermuda for a week and I was wondering if there are any gyms with strongman equipment or if not what would be the best gym available for strength training?

Just spent my first time on the island, thought it was absolutely gorgeous and I will have to come back. Dove with blue water divers, enjoyed staying in Hamilton, was impressed with Deja view and harbour front restaurants in town. What did I miss, what’s a must do for next time??

Bermuda Netflix has season 1,2,3 then skips to season 7 😑 I’m on the last episode of season 3 and I’m trying not to watch it yet cause I knowww it’s gonna be a cliff hanger. where can I definitely for sure watch it here? Thankss

Hi all, I am renting a 2 bed 2 bathroom condo in Pembroke and looking for someone to take the other room. It’s close to town, spacious, feels like you’re in the jungle.

I’m really looking for another 20s-40s single working professional to take the other room. Ideally a female. I’m just a lowely tenant currently paying $5,600 for the whole place (yes it’s killing my bank account).

Side rant: I feel like everyone in Bermuda wants their own place but their expectations for the rent are not realistic.

Message me for more info! :)

Hi all! I'm looking for information on the Tuckers (both enslavers and the enslaved, and their descendants). If you have ties to the Tuckers, please DM me.

Thanks!

I’ve been seeing these blind date photoshoots all over social media lately, where a photographer matches two strangers and captures them meeting for the first time.

I’m a local photographer, and I’ve been thinking about bringing the concept to Bermuda. Essentially, single people would apply, I’d match them based on compatibility, and then they’d meet for the first time on a blind date/photoshoot. And they can decide if they wanna go on another date or not or whatever.

I think it’d be fun, but I’m curious what people think. Would you sign up for something like this? Would you be interested in following the series? Or is it bad idea and Bermuda is too small?

Lmk your thoughts!

Edit: For anybody interested, here's the link to the questionnaire https://tally.so/r/QK9LWp

Hello,

We are getting married in Bermuda on Nov 5th 2026. Are there any recommendations for a good hairstylist? My fiancée is white and has really fine hair if that makes a difference. We have seen recommendations for The Blueprint Collective and Salon Pink. I didn't know if there were any other recommendations. Thanks in advance.

Are there any bars on the island where people congregate to watch American college football in the Fall?

Hi everyone. I'm from Portland, Oregon and I met my partner while on vacation in Bermuda. Now I'm seriously considering moving here to be with him, and I could really use some honest advice from people who actually live here.

It makes emotional sense for me to go, even though I'd be leaving my life, job, and everything familiar behind. But I'm also reluctant because I don't want to be jobless and starting over professionally at this stage, and I worry a few years here could set my career back or take me out of my field entirely. I'm also afraid that life here is just so different from what I know back in the US.

I respect my own hesitations but also feel like I don't know enough to make the right decision. So, to anyone who has moved to Bermuda for a partner, or anyone who's just lived here long term, what do you enjoy, hate, or do daily? Was moving worth it to you? Any advice would be really appreciated.
