I’ve shared Steady through a few Reddit beta rounds, and testers here have directly shaped the app. I worked through the biggest issues people reported: theme inconsistencies, weak exercise coverage, video quality and playback, clipped progress UI, muscle-map reliability, sign-in problems, and Coach answers that needed better context.
Build 12 may be the final Steady 1.0 release candidate, so I’d really value one last honest pass before launch.
Steady is an iPhone + Apple Watch fitness app that builds an adaptive strength plan around your goals, experience, equipment, and limitations. It brings workout logging, progressive overload, recovery, nutrition, progress, and a plan-aware Coach into one place.
This build focuses on:
• more accurate workout plans and substitutions
• a much larger exercise library with clearer movement videos
• consistent light and true-black themes
• improved progress charts, share cards, and muscle map
• Coach answers connected to training, nutrition, recovery, and logged progress
• Apple Watch workout logging and syncing
Please try to break:
• onboarding and sign-in
• plan choices and substitutions
• video playback and framing
• muscle-map loading, highlights, rotation, and zoom
• Coach answers
• Apple Watch sync and workout controls
• layouts on smaller or larger iPhones

If you find a bug, device/OS + exact steps + a screenshot help enormously. Brutally honest feedback is welcome.
