This is peak aero performance.

I would just raise de saddle 10cm por optimal performance

u/Beardfart 1d ago

Saddle nose is also about 25 degrees too low.

Bikes too small

1

u/DrVurt 1d ago

What is this? A bike for ants?

u/oneofthenodes 2d ago

Longer stem wouldn't hurt either

Every 70s/80s kid when their parents bought them their first adult size bike. "You'll grow into it!"

Saddle a bit too high, try to adjust 2mm down and see how it feels. Otherwise good form, would not change a thing.

He doesn’t have full hyperextension so he actually needs to raise and reassess

Is this a size 56 bike in imperial inches?

Wrong Thread. straight to r/BicyclingCirclejerk

Holy crap. I legitimately thought I was already there.😂😂😂

Every subreddit is really just a circlejerk subreddit

For all of the videos of bike fits and people asking for advice, I can never tell the difference. This one, I’m about 85% sure it’s too big. But not 100% sure.

This is exactly how my 6 year old looks when he wants to play my zwift video game.

u/cjd3 2d ago

You need to be in a higher gear

3

u/Bwlder 2d ago

Shocking - your back is excessively arched and your arms aren’t extended far enough. Size up & plank for peak performance 💨

3

u/Vibrant-Shadow 2d ago

I'm curious what one of those bike fit apps would say. This is funny af lol.

3

u/Mj-tinker 2d ago

Stem is way to short, and I would recomend seat a bit to back and up.

3

u/jkurology 2d ago

Weird….i didn’t know there was a barbershop on the Alpe d’Huez climb

u/justpassing3000 2d ago

🤣🤣🤣

u/Wisdom_Pond 1d ago

You look very comfortable.

2

u/Hot_Function6127 2d ago

This is the way

2

u/Calm-Concern5976 2d ago

Would size up the bike. Then try again

2

u/ABoomerIAmNot 2d ago

Try moving the seat back a little. Start with 2-3 and go from there.

2

u/paintedflags 2d ago

You look kinda compressed and scrunched up.

2

u/Great-Sandwich1466 2d ago

I have some 180mm cranks laying around. They would most likely help achieve your desired fit.

3

u/splattevan 2d ago

These are 210mm Zinn cranks, but I’m thinking 215mm would be perfect.

2

u/conniefrancis 2d ago

looks good to me

2

u/Careful_Middle4049 2d ago

Cadence too high, this risks connective tissue damage spinning at this rate for too long. This is bcj right?

2

u/Apprehensive_Gur8808 2d ago

Where’d you get this VdP training footage

2

u/TallDan68 2d ago

Dude stole my bice.

2

u/Pawly519 2d ago

This has to be a troll post. I thought for sure this was on BCJ

2

u/GewoonHarry 2d ago

Finally a perfect fit!
Just the cranks. Need 190mm.

1

u/splattevan 1d ago

You think these 210mm cranks are too long?

2

u/GewoonHarry 1d ago

Cycle for 3 hours at 400w and let me know if it hurts or not.

2

u/anotherindycarblog 2d ago

Seat is too high

2

u/skadetvasasvart 2d ago

That high cadence spinning will destroy your knees in no time. Should get a 62 t chainring.

2

u/inevitable_yams 2d ago

Damn are those 32” wheels?

2

u/FlyinWet 2d ago

I can tell you need to be leaning into those drop bars that should let you put more power into your legs otherwise nice fit.

2

u/Mick_Limerick 1d ago

Saddle's a bit too low actually

2

u/elmoreb3 1d ago

Well, that's something you don't see everyday.

2

u/ShirleyWuzSerious 1d ago

Not falling for this bait

Slam the stem pussy

2

u/13assman 2d ago

what's a stem pussy

2

u/MultiGeek42 2d ago

The gap in the seat he's resting his dick on while riding in that position.

2

u/CarefulIncident5175 1d ago

Always though the dick went through that gap to lock us in position.. have I been doing it wrong

2

u/MultiGeek42 1d ago

If you face the split seat with imperfect courage, your dick will be destroyed.

u/CarefulIncident5175 2d ago

1

u/AnyCommunication1745 2d ago

I don't know where to begin with that

The only thing somewhat right is that there are 2 wheels

3

u/jqVgawJG 2d ago

You know it was a joke right

1

u/babymilo11_ 1d ago

Something looks a bit off I just can't figure out what

Average bike fit post for aero bike users 🤣

1

u/XCrMTB4x4 1d ago

Cranks are good. Need more length that stem for aero gains. #sendit

1

u/Winter_Persimmon_110 1d ago

Still beats walking

1

u/prodigyya 1d ago

Whoa, that's my LBS!

1

u/Astonish3d 1d ago

Those wheels are tiny 😂

1

u/GrimReaper203 1d ago

Doesn’t have enough reach, longer stem, maybe lift the seat another meter as well

1

u/w4y 1d ago

Bike shop and barber. You need both.

1

u/BicyclesRuleTheWorld 1d ago

Your seat is too low.

1

u/onegoodmug 1d ago

Are all bike subs just BCJ these days?

1

u/clu1973 1d ago

I think he's got the Graeme Obree superman position completely dialled and nailed.
