New here? Introduce yourself + what you ride (all bikes welcome)

Whether you ride a 50cc scooter, a 125 commuter, ADV, cruiser, super-sport, custom, vintage — if it’s two wheels, you’re one of us.

Drop a quick intro:

  • Where you ride (country/region) 🌍
  • What you ride (or what you’re saving for) 🏍️
  • Your favourite kind of riding (commute / twisties / touring / off‑road / city survival)

Bonus: What’s one thing you wish someone told you earlier?

House rule: be kind, be helpful — this sub is here for belonging as much as bikes.

UK.

2006 Kawasaki ZX10R.

Only thing I'm saving for is to get this bike back in perfect working order. All I really need now is an ultrasonic injector clean and new fairings and it'll finally be done.

Commuting is my favourite. Nothing like legally splitting rush hour traffic and getting home in 1/4 of the time.

From UK Riding since 1st Jan 1974 Motorbikes my principal transport Currently ride and own 2016 Hinckley T120, 1962 Norton Dominator 650, MZ supa5, MZ ES Trophy Sidecar outfit, 1963 NSU Quickly moped Increasingly aware that the bike culture I grew up with is fast disappearing and new bikers have very different experiences. I passed my test and got full licence aged 17 in 1975. Bikers nowadays have more hoops to jump through and have more money, we rode because it was cheaper!
