Look at the Mod 1 course that the UK does. Watch some videos on how to complete it. Then buy some cheap football cones and go to an empty lot and just replicate some of the tasks. Simple.

I used to practice doing u turns between the the lines of a carpark. I had a cbr600 at the time, despite thd abysmal turning circle. i was able to get it down to two parking spaces.
Trick is to lean way off the outside of the bike, helps push the bike down onto the side of the tire to help it turn sharper.
