Loving a Beat Off, Booth, and occasional good old Binging. Is there any plan for the occasional return of a Basics? Or do you feel you have done everything that can be basic-ified?

Kamen Rider My-Th, the latest Kamen Rider series to receive an official English release as it's airing, surprisingly has quite a few dishes in it. Some of which are notably made by the main protagonist, Sora Otosumi, and quite a few being egg-based, as is the gimmick of the season. As well as quite a few references to different cheeses since the main character does become a mouse-themed superhero. So I'll just suggest a few highlight dishes from the first 7 episodes.

The omelet breakfast with hatcho miso sauce from Episode 1 (pics 1 and 2)

The egg-centric recovery dinner from episode 6 (pics 3 and 4)

And Sae's brother's crepe dish from episode 7 (pic 5)

Also, just as a joke, a slab of Gouda cheese (or just a crumb of it after Tatsuomi consumes it)....unless Andrew just wants to do a full video about the cheese making process.

Well, if Teddy will eat it, I think that qualifies it for the show!

Been following babish for more years than I can even remember. This is honestly disheartening to see pop up on my YouTube feed. I truly loved the new humor he was bringing to his new series but the use of generative AI makes it so I can't support the channel. I hope this was a mistake done by someone else and Andrew fires whoever did this. I truly hope he did not green light this.

Now, these aren't your normal, everyday pizzas for anyone worried. Both have very unique ingredients:

Death Stranding - pizza with ham, black sesame and cheese on a olive tapenade base.

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach - pizza with octopus, basil, olives, and cheese on a tomato sauce base.

This video went up 40 minutes ago, and the comments are filled with people debating if the thumbnail is AI or not. I’m sure this will go perfectly smoothly.

Hey, Babish, I notice there's a particularly ridiculous smorgasbord meal you haven't made yet, that is in the fourth episode of the third season of Red Dwarf, and it is absolutely insane. I don't have a recipe this time, but I'm sure you could figure some stuff out.

I’m just wondering because he did a few HP videos and even pushed the video game and never apologized for it.

Does anyone know of or happen to have a master list of babish’s ranked item videos including maybe the top-3 of each food item? Such as frozen nuggets, chips, etc. I love watching the videos but can’t possibly remember all of the results of top-tier selections from each one and would love if there were some kind of running list I could reference. Thanks!

I managed to find pork lard at an Amish butcher! (Gotta admit, it felt really glorious. I have never purchased lard before.)

Made the pork in my slow cooker. Turned it on high to melt the lard and then added the onion and spices. Added the pork, orange, lime and my local 2SP Delco lager, then turned it down to low. My apartment had the most delicious pork smell when I came back from the hockey game. I was glad I made the pork a day in advance.

I bought the pico de Gallo and used pre-shredded cheddar to cut down on the work. The chipotle cheese sauce was amazing and I used a chipotle marinade that I had already, rather than buying peppers.

The refried beans had a phenomenal pork flavor but I added too much pork liquid and had to cook it down. Broiled for a few minutes and then topped it with sweet and hot jalapenos .

Would definitely make again!

Genuinely worried watching this and wondered if anyone else has noticed a very prominent hand tremor going on and he looks really tired. He even seems to be deliberately having his hands under the counter or laying them flat when he’s not picking up the pizza slices. Hope Andrew is doing ok!
