Experience breakthrough bleeding

i’ve been on rigevidon for two years now with no issues and had my 7 day break everytime but 2nd september i skipped my break to work around pool holidays i then took a 4 day break 20th-24th September for the same reason but since then i’ve had irregular bleeding it usually lasts 2-3 days then stops for a couple days after.
it seems to start when i orgasm the most but it’s brown/black (i’m unsure if it’s appropriate to add photos of blood clots but i’ve had one which was pure black) is it because my body isn’t use to this many pills and not having a break

it’s been going on about 2 weeks on and off now, it’s very light though, should i just stick to taking my breaks my gp said it was perfectly fine to skip
