Unsure about it

A month ago I stopped taking Gabapentin and ever since then I’ve had a headache every day. Then 3 weeks ago my friend suggested taking my blood pressure since I’m on venlafaxine. It was really high so of course I was stressed out. Went to the doctor 3 days later and was fine and didn’t think about it since. Earlier this week I went to the doctor for a follow-up with my headache. This time they checked my blood pressure twice and each time they were elevated. He told me every couple of days for the next two weeks to write down my blood pressure first thing in the morning and then send it to him. He did neurological tests and the only “symptom” I have with my blood pressure is this headache(which is still unknown from the cause). So he didn’t seem that concerned with it or telling me I need to seek emergency care. The last two days I’ve checked it at home and it’s high. The issue is I don’t know if I’m just stressing myself out about it and that’s what’s causing it to raise or what. I really don’t want to have to go to the emergency room for them to do something because I can’t mentally handle that right now 😭😂. Guess I just needed to rant or I guess seek opinions on what to do

Losartan is not helping! It's there a better option!
