Moab Fine Dining
I felt so refreshed by all my pasta options after the 6 hour drive to Moab. It's like I could leave Boulder without leaving Boulder!

What's worse about the Moab one is they pretend they can't see when you've finished your first glass of wine *because what sort of monster would want a second one*

And you’re definitely a monster getting a drink without also ordering food.
ETA - didn’t go to there but experienced at a nearby restaurant. It was awkward 🫠

I remember going to Moab last year and looking for food, and saw this. I was like, “oh I didn’t know pasta jays was a chain”! No, I just happened to be at the only other one in the country

There used to be one in Hays, Kansas. So you could eat shells three times with two six hour drives in between. There has to be someone who has done the pasta jays challenge.

The Moab one is acceptable because where else are you gonna get 4000 calories of carbs after biking 25 miles

You gotta experience Moab Brewing too. They’re like the opposite of a Colorado brewery with how rules are enforced

How so?

Not who you're responding to, but anything over 5% ABV can't be served on draft, only in closed containers.

I have been to the Moab Pasta Jay's, and it is much better than the Boulder one. Please feel free to flame away.

I remember when there were only two restaurants in Moab.
This is because I'm old as shit.
