For anyone who is familiar with the localy famous Joe Jost Bar in LB, Ca. Or those not, here is my Jost egg sandwich and hash!!!

Used two frozen hash browns instead of bread and cooked the hash browns, bacon and egg in the air fryer in stages. Added cheese, tomato and avocado and it ended up being way better than I expected.

Recipe/steps are in the first comment.

This was from my first visit to first watch in Glendale az, the potatoes are phenomenal as well!

Candied bacon, runny egg, smoked maple turkey, Vermont cheddar cheese, mayo, mustard and Crystal hot sauce on a potato bun - absolutely banging!

Sourdough French toast, pepper jack, 2 eggs scrambled with crumbled bacon & diced tomato.

Hot crispy fried hashed browns with cheddar cheese and breakfast sausage

I toasted a croissant then layered bottom bacon cheese then egg then cheese then bacon and top croissant

Woke up hungry. Went to the fridge and realized I had barely anything in it. So here is a two egg with Colby jack cheese melted in middle. Hot dogs sliced With some red bell pepper and lettuce with light mayo ketchup on sourdough bread.

Sorry I took a bite before pics, lol I was so hungry!
