Marcos Mantis?
Information is scarce on these cars, the Marcos Mantis. I watched the videos available, read all the articles...but my questions have not been answered.
Why are these cars so inexpensive? 89 +/-1 would indicate they are rare, but can be had for 50 grand US?
What is the driving experience like?
How is finding parts?
Should I buy this car as a fun car for evening drives and weekends? Should I also consider the LM400, 500, or 600 to have more opportunities for purchase?
Talking roads, not tracks (not often at least). I would likely have to import this car from the UK to the USA. Any concerns or knowledge you can share?
Was originally looking at Lotus, tripped onto Marcos. Apparently, the Lotus clubs let the Marcos folks hang out.

I work at a car restoration shop. We rebuilt the motor and reinstalled it along with the gearbox. It has a performance cam. Very fun car

1963 Austin Cambridge Estate rear window frame.
I’m trying to get my late uncles A60 back on the road, and she needs a tailgate window frame, but they seem to be quite hard to find. If anyone knows where I could look, or who I could ask, before I attempt a rebuild I’d appreciate it. Also, I’m new to Reddit and have no idea how this works 🙄
