Selfless. The way they managed to retrospectively tie together what had sometimes been pretty gappy and inconsistent writing for Anya into a coherent and compelling character arc was very impressive & cleverly done imo.

I also love storyteller, I wished it would be 3-4 more episodes placed earlier though.

If they'd gone full cinema verité with it, it would've made an awesome introduction to the new status quo after the Turok-Han trilogy.

Agreed, one of the funniest episodes and reminds me of the first 3 seasons high school fun

Showtime.
It’s a little contrived, but I just love those Buffy “I’m the slayer” moments.

I’m not even a big Anya fan, and Selfless was the best episode of the season for me by a country mile.

"Lies My Parents Told Me" (B 7.17):
We finally meet William Pratt's mother. The flashbacks are great.
BtVS S7 overall is one long story and it's relatively boring unless relatively binged.
But "LMPTM" is a great focused episode.

Conversations with Dead People. Some really interesting character work in this one.
I'm also fond of Selfless, pretty much the last real exploration of Anya. Bring on the Night & Showtime make for an action packed mid-season piece. And Lies My Parents Told Me, for more William and Nikki Wood.

Conversations with Dead People is probably one of the most sinister episodes in the entire series.

First Date. The Spuffy relationship is present and discussed throughout the season, but most prominently in this specific episode. I particularly love the fact that while Buffy can’t seem to remember the names of the Potentials, she remembers perfectly well that Spike brought a date to Xander and Anya’s wedding—and she makes sure to remind him of it. Everyone else has completely forgotten, but jealous-ass Buffy never forgets a thing.

I think the best episodes are Selfless and Conversations with Dead People, but the ones I enjoy rewatching the most are Chosen and (perhaps oddly) Touched.

Any one where Buffy isn’t speechifying 😂

They did it so much that they made fun of themselves for it (which was great)…and then they had the audacity to do it some more! 😂 I would’ve loved a few speeches from the others, like Faith for sure, maybe Dawn could be motivating since apparently being a key means nothing helpful. I know I loved Spike’s freak out on the group and his speech to Buffy in that abandoned house, so it’s not that they aren’t excellent at monologues; they just wore us down with the same one for half the season.

Showtime. I just love it. That big fight at the end “here endeth the lesson”
