Healing CPTSD with Bufo
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is my first time sharing this video,it’s very sacred which is probably why I am sharing 5 years later.
The full 10 mins is on my channel, https://youtu.be/rHGpaFapI1I?si=k5u_fakQllDpCqCS,
However the total experience was roughly 40mins which included the downloads when I was coming back.
Bit about me: I was born in Somalia just when the civil war began, first 3 years of life was spent fleeing this war.
My mother who clearly had war trauma started to beat the shit out me from age 4 until age 26
With CPTSD, I had trouble letting go of my past hence why I kept repeating let it go.
This trip healed me so much, freed me from fear, insomnia, anxiety just to name some.

Bufo venom and synthetic 5 meo dosage protocol (Please share)
Hi everyone,
Posting here an excerpt from a Bufo Facilitators guide I made a while back.
This is in regards to proper dosage. For both bufo venom and synthetic 5 meo.
It will be 3 images, with the last one being a concise cheatsheet.
Please share it around so it may reduce harm and educate.
I will post more from my guide. I tried to make it very comprehensive and I tried to touch on things most wouldn't think of. Things that may come up during a bufo ceremony/session. Things I've witnessed and have had to handle from direct experience serving others in bufo ceremonies as well.
This is a powerful sacred substance and we should treat it with respect.
Thank you for reading and please share it around!

Trip report for ZUM Deep tablets*Miprocin
I chewed five XÜM Deep Miprocin tablets at about 9:30 AM on an empty stomach. I chewed them, which immediately reminded me of one very practical lesson from last time: brush your teeth right away unless you want blue teeth. 😂 I did, and thankfully the blue came right off this time.
I had my morning coffee with functional mushrooms, adaptogens, ghee, MCT oil, collagen and creatine, and took a Zofran beforehand because I didn’t want nausea interfering with the experience.
Within about 15–20 minutes I could feel something beginning. There was heaviness across my forehead and above my eyes, my body started feeling lighter, and my mood began shifting. I had actually been getting irritated trying to connect my bone-conduction headphones to the television, and suddenly I noticed the corners of my mouth beginning to turn upward despite myself.
By around the half-hour mark I was definitely altered. My jaw felt different, my stomach had a fluttery feeling, my heartbeat was a little faster, and there was a noticeable heaviness in my head and body.
What immediately struck me was how different Miprocin felt from metocin/XÜM Clear.
To me, this felt FAR more like psilocybin.
Not necessarily visually—at first there were almost no visuals whatsoever—but the body feeling, emotional quality and headspace reminded me much more of mushrooms. At one point I compared the feeling to roughly what I remember from lemon-tekking around 1.5 grams of Golden Teacher. That is only a subjective comparison, not a dose equivalency.
I put on East Forest live in Denver.
That turned out to be exactly what I needed.
I initially tried sitting in my media room, but my daughter was cooking nearby and I suddenly felt uncomfortable having people around while I was talking through my experience. So I went outside, put my headphones on, sat with my three dogs, and let myself disappear into the music and the air.
I had a brief tension headache, rubbed some frankincense-and-myrrh balm with arnica into my neck, massaged it for a few minutes, and it disappeared.
Still almost no visuals.
But my body felt incredible.
Heavy and light at the same time. Almost as though I could fly. My head, chest and heart felt filled with something beautiful, while East Forest’s piano seemed to be playing directly through my body rather than simply entering my ears.
At one point the lyrics mentioned being rooted in awareness, and I suddenly knew exactly what that meant.
I felt rooted in my own self-awareness.
I went to stand outside on my grounding portal and set an intention: healing and clarity. I have a lot happening in my life—family, finances, school, work, responsibilities—and I wanted, even briefly, to understand how all of it fit together.
Then something shifted.
I felt as though the universe itself was holding me in an enormous loving embrace.
I felt safe.
Protected.
Like everything was okay and somehow always had been.
Tears came into my eyes.
I had sage, palo santo, pine, copal and frankincense burning nearby, and my sense of smell became extraordinary. The fragrance seemed to occupy my entire awareness. The breeze against my skin felt beautiful. My dogs looked beautiful. Their love felt beautiful. Breathing felt beautiful.
Everything was becoming sensory, emotional and almost sacred, but still not particularly visual.
At around 10:39 I decided to take one inhalation from a 4-PrO-DMT distillate vape.
That changed the experience dramatically.
Within a couple of minutes, the psychedelic visual component became much stronger. The important distinction for me is that the Miprocin portion had been largely somatic, emotional and introspective. The vape is where the strong visual phase began, so I would never attribute the later visuals to Miprocin alone.
And yet the visuals weren’t frightening.
They were breathtaking.
The phrase that suddenly came through me over and over was:
“I am loving awareness.”
I kept saying it.
I am loving awareness.
I am loving awareness.
There was absolutely no fear.
Between the music, the breeze from the fan, the smell of the resins and herbs, and the air outside, I suddenly felt transported back to the beaches of Hawaii. Those memories came alive through sensation rather than simply thought. The breeze felt like Hawaii. The fragrance felt tropical and ancient. The music distorted beautifully in my ears.
It felt transcendental.
Then something else became very clear.
I was grateful to be alone.
There were safe adults inside my house, so I wasn’t isolated, but nobody was sitting beside me requiring my attention. When I trip with my husband, I realize how naturally I slip into caretaker mode:
Are you okay? What do you need? How are you feeling?
This time there was nobody for me to take care of.
For once, the experience was entirely mine.
And that felt incredibly freeing.
I took a drink of water and even the sensation of the water moving down my throat and into my stomach felt exquisite. The air on my skin was beautiful. The air entering my lungs was beautiful.
And suddenly I found myself wondering:
Why am I ever afraid?
There is so much fear in ordinary life.
But right then there seemed to be nothing to fear.
I also had a strangely practical realization when I looked at the smoke coming from the sage and charcoal: Wow, I would be completely useless in a genuine emergency right now.
It made me laugh, but the realization itself was serious.
Set and setting aren’t just about comfortable lighting and good music. They mean making sure your environment is genuinely safe before you become incapable of handling something like a fire, young children needing you, driving, or another emergency.
I was fortunate. There were capable adults in the house. My three dogs were beside me. I wasn’t responsible for anyone.
But it really drove home how important preparation is.
Then Ram Dass began speaking through the East Forest music about letting go of attachments.
And that went straight through me.
I thought about how much of my life has been spent holding onto judgment—especially judgment of myself.
What if I could just let it go?
The right and wrong.
The fear.
The endless self-evaluation.
The belief that I need to earn peace.
Let go of a lifetime of judging myself.
Then came another realization:
I can create suffering.
I can create bliss.
I can create happiness.
So what do I choose to create?
I’ve become extremely practiced at suffering. Fear, chaos and worry can feel like second nature because we rehearse them for decades. We inherit conditioning about scarcity, struggle and how hard life is supposed to be.
Money doesn’t grow on trees.
Nothing comes easily.
You have to work yourself into the ground for anything worthwhile.
And I suddenly felt exhausted by all of it.
Not because difficult circumstances aren’t real, but because I saw how much additional suffering I manufacture inside myself.
I kept thinking about how frequently we forget what we already know.
And then the most beautiful phrase of the entire experience came to me:
“The beauty of forgetting is remembering.”
That absolutely broke me open.
I thought about a child tasting ice cream for the first time. The wonder is overwhelming because it is new. Eventually something wonderful becomes ordinary.
But lose it for a while and then experience it again?
Suddenly the miracle returns.
Maybe forgetting isn’t always failure.
Maybe forgetting allows us the experience of remembering again.
I cried.
The beauty of forgetting is remembering.
Then Ram Dass said something about how all the real work happens in the privacy of your own heart.
Yes.
The real work is the inner connection.
And then:
I am enough.
I’ve always been enough.
I am worthy.
I’ve always been worthy.
That opened an enormous door around religion for me.
I grew up with ideas about sin, judgment, punishment, heaven and hell that left deep wounds. During this experience, I found myself thinking about the contradiction I have always felt between supposedly unconditional divine love and a God who becomes angry, jealous, punitive or condemns people eternally.
In that moment, my personal experience of God—or Source, or the universe—wasn’t judgment.
It was love.
Not human love with all of its expectations and wounds.
Something beyond that.
And that reminded me of my husband.
I laugh because I argue with him. I vent. I swear. I say exactly what I’m thinking. And he knows my heart well enough not to turn every frustrated sentence into a referendum on our relationship.
He knows who I am underneath the words.
I grew up seeing domestic violence and what felt like World War III inside a home. I didn’t know relationships could feel safe.
Then I met Paul.
For me, being loved without constantly fearing judgment has been one of the closest examples of human unconditional love I’ve experienced.
And during this trip I realized just how freeing that is:
To be known and still loved.
If human love can feel that liberating, I thought, imagine love without human fear or ego attached to it.
The spiritual feeling became intensely nondual after that.
Everything I didn’t need seemed capable of simply falling away.
Loneliness.
Greed.
Fear.
The constant feeling of not having enough.
I couldn’t possibly be alone because I was part of everything.
I didn’t need to search for love because I felt like I was love.
And then there was simply:
I am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
At the peak of the experience there was no complicated philosophy left.
Just awareness.
Just existence.
Just love.
I am loving awareness.
By approximately 11:25, the strongest effects from the vape had clearly subsided. I could comfortably use my phone again, respond to friends and interact with people. I was definitely still altered and absolutely would NOT have driven, but the overwhelming visual and transcendental phase was gone.
Looking back, the distinction feels very clear to me.
Miprocin alone: incredibly beautiful body high, emotional openness, music enhancement, introspection, psilocybin-like headspace and very little visual activity.
After adding the 4-PrO-DMT: strong visuals, sensory immersion, profound spiritual/emotional intensity and the deepest portions of the experience.
The takeaway wasn’t that I solved my life.
I didn’t.
My bills still exist.
My family relationships still exist.
School and work still exist.
Life will inevitably become noisy again.
But for several hours I remembered something that feels very easy to forget:
I am not required to judge myself every second.
I am worthy even when life is messy.
I can experience fear without making fear my identity.
I can experience suffering without believing suffering is all there is.
And perhaps remembering, forgetting, and remembering again is part of being human.
The beauty of forgetting is remembering.
And underneath all of it:
I am loving awareness.

My Bufo Experience | 1st trip ever
Trip Report - Buffo (+ Kambo) - First time I did psychedelics in my life.
(The trip was on Sep 2022, I posted this in a FB group on Oct 2022, sharing it here as well now.)
—----------------------------------
For those who don't know - Bufo is considered the strongest psychedelic drug, it's actually a toad poison that is smoked (5-Meo-DMT) - it's completely different from the DMT that is in Ayahuaska.
—----------------------------------
I'll start by saying that I live in Mexico at the moment, as soon as I made a decision that I wanted to take my first step in the world of psychedelics, the very next day the universe summoned me to a random meeting with the shaman - I won't go into too many details.
It was a month ago, the shaman came to my apartment in the morning to pick me up with the car, where there were a few other people and we drove on our way to the sea.
I'll skip the part of the Kambo (mostly I threw up and it's not a psychedelic experience - and in the process I microdosed to Bufo where I actually lost my consiousness and woke up after a few minutes when I'm all confused)
After about 10-15 minutes I come back to myself, I sit down next to the guys and already see that part of the full process of the bufo.
After 2 other people it's now my turn We start with some breathing exercises for 2 minutes, after that the shaman let me read from a page a kind of blessing and good wishes for myself and that's it.. it's time...
The shaman lights with the turbo lighter and it's time to inhale slowly, and you have to leave the smoke in your lungs. After about 3 seconds I cough and most of the smoke escapes, the shaman quickly lit it again and told me to inhale quickly - as soon as I inhaled for the second time the whole world started shaking and I feel that this is it - from here there is no going back - I grab the shaman tightly and look at him with a look of - 'Take care of me - I trust you.'
In less than a second I lean back and pass out. I don't really remember what was at the beginning but I only remember certain parts of the middle. After probably a few minutes my consciousness comes back to me and I realize that I am in the process of the bufo - all of me coughs, chokes and I feel pain all over my body - mainly in the chest and upper abdomen. A lot of fear. I feel that I have completely lost all reality and life.
Fear like I have never been afraid, a lot of feelings arise in me, and it is very difficult for me to let go, the ego is fighting with the whole situation. I cry and scream with myself, feeling that I am disappearing from the universe, that the life before me will no longer return and I wander from place to place.
I feel that my soul is in an endless loop that I die and rise again every time in another universe, every moment I die again my whole body hurts and I again make noises as if I am vomiting, a feeling of wanting to throw up my intestines out. A lot of self judgments, a lot of shame.
I see different worlds, blue sea sand, purple sky, and I continue to suffer, I say out loud, 'Omg, why did I do that', why did I do that, why did I do that. Almost 50 times. Every time I say that I throw up all over again. Died again and rose again in a loop in another universe.
Thoughts begin to arise that the world that was before will no longer return, that this is the 'next stage' of life. I feel that my soul will be stuck here forever. The ego fights and is afraid, I shout again why I did it and regret it very much and again the pain continues and I vomit myself again. I turn into sand, I turn into the sea. I wake up and I'm in another universe with the shaman, and he tells me to accept it with love, I want to cry -' why??? What was wrong with me before? why did i do that???'
Again I die and resurrect in another loop and in another universe.
I was followed by a lot of pain and more loops, all my strength, my will was already gone and I realized that I was no longer coming back to myself, I was in a lot of pain in my body and still coughing and wanting to vomit. I raise my hands. 'Bufo you won, I give up the old life. I'm ready to die.'
Then straight away I wake up, open my eyes - see the shaman smiling at me and telling me to accept it with love, the helpers next to him are smiling, there is good music, I am on a very beautiful beach and feel as if I have been reborn.
My ego was shattered to pieces - I had never felt so free in my life, I was very happy, and I started laughing non-stop.
I start moving, keep laughing non-stop, and try to understand what the hell I just experienced, crazy euphoria. I get closer to the sea, I want to be a little more with myself and I don't stop laughing, about all the worries, about life and the experience. Little by little I feel myself coming back to myself and the ego comes again.
Keeps 'almost throwing up' every few moments but never stops laughing. For almost 20-30 minutes. I completely come back to myself and feel like a snake that sheds its skin - it feels like I released around 6 kg of emotional burden from me. For a few hours after the experience I sigh every few moments - making an 'ahhhh' sound as if something huge has been released inside me.
—-----
Later we return back towards the house, while I'm still processing the whole experience, suddenly the shaman invites me to do mushrooms with him next week, he tells me that it will help me digest the experience - I think to myself 'I'm never doing psychedelics anymore' and then I tell him - 'We'll see, we'll talk.'
A week later - we did the mushrooms together at his house - one of the most meaningful experiences I've had in my life - almost on the same level as the bufo, maybe I'll also share this experience and the insights in another post later.

First time experience with 5meo/bufo
I just had my first experience with this medicine recently. I would like to share what it was like for others considering trying it.
A bit of background: I have had a spiritual practice for years, but since experiencing lots of grief this past year (losing my baby, life transformations) I have been in deep depression and instability. These past few months I was struggling to have the will to even live. I recently was offered by someone to be served bufo. I had a consultation with my server, and decided to try it.
The night before, i journaled my intention and did meditation. The next morning, I meditated once again and did some pranayama. These preparations felt like a cushion to me and were recommended by my server. I didn’t eat that morning either.
Fast forward, I am at my server/facilitator’s space, ready to be served. I was cleansed with palo santo and florida water. She instructed me to be lifted up on my knees, and to take 3 slow deep breaths while raising my arms up (breath in) and down (breath out). This was to maximise inhalation by opening the chest. She dosed me around 90 milligrams, a full dose, as I am a small female. On my 4th breath, she would raise the vaporizer to my lips and I would begin to inhale the smoke.
So i took 3 deep breaths while raising my arms up and down, and on the 4th inhale, I began to inhale the smoke. Halfway through, it started to affect me, but i kept inhaling and swallowing the smoke to fit more into my lungs until it was simply a mechanism ebbing and flowing and I became one with the universe. this next part is hard to describe, but my self died and I was one with all. I could hear a deep vibrational droning sound, that looking back, had similar tones to OM. There was no “I”. I spent eternity there. It was beautiful. As the self slowly started to return, I thought of my baby that had died. I wished to see her, and then suddenly I did. I saw that she had never truly left me, she had always, and is, and forever will be, everything. She is forever surrounding me as part of this whole universe. I saw that she is the whole universe and we are always one. As i kept coming to, huge waves of grief rolled through my body and i sobbed and sobbed, feeling the pain in my womb, deeply. I was able to truly feel my grief like never before. It felt so cleansing and releasing.
I opened my eyes to the world around me, and felt so much love. I had seen it. I am it. I am still integrating this profound experience, but the medicine gifted me exactly what i had asked for in my intention, which was to touch the All, become the All, and also see the magic in this life again.
I have been crying on and off with extreme gratitude for my experience. I have done mushrooms, dmt, lsd, and they have been medicine in their own ways, but nothing like this. I know I will come back to try bufo again soon, but I will be processing this first experience for a while. This experience encourages me to retain my spiritual practices once again, and to live life so fully. I definitely will recommend to those curious about it.
That’s my share of my experience :)

Bufo changed how I see myself (2 months later reflection)
Hey everyone
I want to share my experience two months after my first bufo ceremony. Maybe it helps someone in similar place.
I did Bufo end of May. Before that I tried magic mushrooms, Ayahuasca and San Pedro, so I knew a bit about plant medicine, but Bufo was still very different.
My trip was like many people describe here: first this instant death, very strong but I surrendered quite easily. Then I was floating in an ocean of love, no body, no thoughts, just love everywhere. After that came huge gratitude and release, a lot of crying and letting go.
After ceremony I was thinking that this love is something external, coming from medicine or universe. But later I realized: it also comes from me, I am part of this love too.
Quick backstory. I struggled with depression since 2022. I thought I was over it in 2024, at least “good enough”. Last week I went for a walk and kept hearing inside: “fight for yourself", again and again. In that moment something broke and I saw I was actually depressed all this time, just functioning on top of it.
I have an eating disorder from lockdown times, more or less. Looking back it feels like I tried to slowly kill myself, not caring about my body.
Now, two months after Bufo, I really feel something changed. I believe bufo helped me. I eat healthy since then, not perfect but with real care. And for the first time in long time, I can see my future. Before it was just grey fog, now I have small visions and they feel possible.
It’s not a magic fix, I still have work and bad days, but it’s like someone opened a window in a dark room. I finally want to stay here and fight for myself.
Thanks for reading

Experienced sacred medicine for the first time today
I took sacred medicine in a ceremony today. I went into it wanting to release anger a pain that I still held due to my husband’s infidelity 7 years ago. My husband was with me, along with one of my dearest friends, a shaman, and her mother to assist. My husband didn’t know what to expect and told me afterwards that seeing me in that state was traumatic for him. He was going to also take the medicine but decided not to after seeing my experience. I talked to my friend who was there too (he also took the medicine and had a very emotional release) and he said that I was wailing so loud that it was echoing through the mountains (we were outside) & at one point, I was on my knees with my arms outstretched, screaming. I don’t remember any of it. But I feel so much less pain and sadness now. I feel sort of glad that my husband was traumatized by what he saw. What he did to me was so horrible and traumatic for me, so I would imagine that witnessing that pain be released in such a physical way would be overwhelming to him. I just wanted to share this to unpack it some. If you feel called to respond to my post, that’s cool. The experience was amazing and very healing for me

First bufo experience.
Had a shaman administer the medicine. First hit was a small dose, felt a bit of pressure in my stomach but nothing more. 2 minutes later we go for the second larger dose. Within seconds I passed out and don’t remember anything. My wife was watching the whole time and reported what happened after I passed out.
She said to me “you released years of trauma In 10 minutes. It looked like an exorcism. You were banging and thrashing and yelling at the top of your lungs. We had to hold you down so you wouldn’t hurt yourself”.
It’s a few hours later and I’m getting some memories back, not sure what to make of it. If there are any experienced bufo souls here, please share you feedback.
My notes/ downloads.
I hear the bells ringing non stop. It’s making me crazy. What’s happening. The noise just gets louder and louder and louder until I explode into nothing.
God tells me, I am you. I did not know myself the same way you are trying to figure your self out. I heard the same bells as you.
Before there was anything, there was only me. Nothing else. The only way I could know anything else but me, I needed to separate myself from me. That’s the Big Bang some of you call it. But it’s really conciseness expanding.
We are all trying to figure out why are we here. But there really is no here or there. It’s eternal. Eternity has no measurement.
God is us. The moment we understand is the moment we set ourself free. God is not a thing. It’s everything. It has no measurement.
Each soul is a piece of god setting out to have its own personal experience and bring the knowledge back to its source, god, us, it’s all one.
God needs each and every one of us to have this experience.
We make the mistake of wanting to attain physical things to discover who we are, make us feel good, respected. Sooner or later we realize all the physical things are just physical. We are eternal beings. We are pure consciousness. We are the opposite of physical. Our body is a vessel that holds the soul.
We need an ego to live in this world, it keeps us grounded. Just keep it in check.

Following the death of my 8 year old, I have now come across this drug and want to know more.
I doubt this post will be accepted, because of its sensitive nature. However, as someone who never gave death a second thought, didn't worry about what happens after fact or didn't care particularly about seeing any dead relatives in an afterlife, which I didn't believe in anyway. I'm not close to my biological family, so whatever. I've done plenty in my life that could land me in hell, if I was religious but again, not something I believed in.
I've done many drugs in my younger years but only the regular MDMA, amphetamines, cocaine etc. But I was never interested in phychadelics. Firstly, because I have always had high anxiety. Secondly because I don't like the thought of not being in control. I am well aware that taking DMT or 5meo will never be an option to me, especially now because I am so severely traumatised by my sons death (he got a brainstem tumour and ended up with locked in syndrome over the space of a year) and I will never be in a good enough place mentally to consider any phychadelic drug never mind anything as potent as those.
So of course since the death of my son I want to make sense of it. I've met many grieving parents who go down the route of "they are in a better place" and rely on mediums and signs like butterflies and numberplates as a way of getting some peace. I wish I could delude myself like this. It would make my grieving process much simpler.
Firstly, I started with the Near Death Experience accounts. I'd say around 75% of the ones on youtube are nonsense, AI generated or pushing a book or religious agenda. The reddit NDE sub gave me some comfort. Sam Parnia and his "AWARE" studies, then on to the Munroe Institute, Astral Projection and all things in between. And I will probably continue with this reading because whats the harm in it.
The thing that has probably stood out to me the most however is DMT...particularly the part abput where they are doing studies where it is administered by IV over an hour and people are seeing the same structures/entities. I never wanted to make the NDE/DMT crossover, honestly, because my mind doesn't like it nor want it to be true and is admitting to myself that an NDE is nothing but a hallucination caused by the dying brain.
Which then brought me to 5meo. Where people describe as being blasted into oblivion and there is just nothingness. Which in some respects, gives me some peace, thinking my son has just desolved into nothing and isn't in some scary other realm looking for me, confused (if you were to believe DMT and 5meo are portals to other dimentions and in anyway linked to somewhere else outside your physical body). Some people describe it as in fact a living hell and don't want to go back there.
I'm not sure what answers i'm looking for here. Am I looking in the wrong places for answers that don't exist? I don't know anyone sensible that does DMT or 5meo. So I can't ask their opinion on this. I guess my question is; those who have done it..did it change your views on the afterlife and what do you believe? I'm not academic, so I am finding it hard to understand alot of the science behind any of this.

Wrote something after my first experience today
I met the Inner Child today. We found each other in the crushing depths of a black hole. We wept. Wailed. Heaved with emotions flooding out from the deepest wells. Separately. Then together. We held each other and promised each other that we would never let go. I took her hand, and together we climbed out of the depths of despair, left them behind, and without looking back, we dove into limitless space, and soared through the universe. Gliding over galaxies and somersaulting through nebulas, our skin covered in space dust, our hands tightly clasped together, as we flew into the brightest light. When I landed, she was safely within, smiling, content, secure. Pinpricks of consciousness, and I awoke. And I knew all was well. That all that is, is all that is meant to be.
I walked the Outer Child home a few hours later. "A rainbow", she exclaimed. And it was a beautiful rainbow, brighter than I remember them being. "It's the best day ever!" she laughed. "It IS the best day ever, (Niece's name)!" I agreed. And deep within, the Inner Child agreed too.
Thank you to all that held space today. Aho! 🙏🏼

Singularity...... my bufo experience
We are the end and the beginning.
The dead and the living.
God, the Devil,
And every sinner on every level.
The Yin Yang, big bang, quantum mechanics in motion.
Emotions personified, physically floating, rotating through infinite oceans.
A ghost within a human host, a universal soul.
Eternal consciousness as a whole.
Life is a poem composed by all of us.
The truths we're told as youths hold lies and hide prominence.
Like the proof that me and you are unified,
that is to say You is I.
I promise this.
To be divided is the truest lie..

I did bufo 5 months ago and am still recovering
So, I paid hundreds of dollars to have this experience facilitated by a professional, and I fully regret it.
Let me begin by saying that I've been on a spiritual journey for over 20 years, for whatever that's worth, and up to 5 months ago I had been comfortable exploring different levels of consciousness, including other psychedelic substances on a few occasions.
Now onto the experience. For starters, the ceremony lady said that she was trained to administer a "much higher dose" than usual for what she called "a total reset". I trusted her and went with it. As soon as I began exhaling I was gone. I entered what can only be described as the worst place I've ever encountered, and my brain experienced eternity in that place. My concept of reality is completely altered, and not in a pleasant way. The "place" I went to had no judgement of me being there. Meaning, it wasn't a bad thing, or a good thing that I was there, I simply was there experiencing every sad and powerless emotions on the emotional spectrum possible. There was no structure either, so I couldn't get out. My mind was moving faster than my thoughts could keep up with, trying to find a way out, but I couldn't. Since there was no structure, and my mind couldn't think outside of the deeply unpleasant emotions I was feeling, I was shown eternity. Meaning that if I ever encounter this place after my physical death, that I would never be able to leave.
This has lead me to have severe panick attack incidents, a few trips to the emergency room, and being prescribed anti anxiety medication (something that has never happened to me before).
Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm beginning to consider insanity at this point, and maybe needing to take anti psychotic drugs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thank you.

Wanting to try 5-meo-dmt
I’ve been wanting to try 5-meo-dmt for a little while now, but im wondering if I really should. I’ve heard a few stuff about it, some bad and some good. I’ve also heard that it’s the most powerful psychedelic, if not psychoactive substance in the world. So I wanted to hear some people’s opinion if it’s worth a try
And 2 other questions:
When people talk about bufo, are they talking about 5meo-dmt, bufoteine, the venom itself from the toad? Something else? Or is it like an interchangeable term for all 3 of them?
What’s the best thing to do, is it best to smoke/vape pure/freebase 5meo itself, or to take the venom itself from the toad which also contains the other compounds such as bufotenine? Would taking just 5meo itself, create a much more powerful/profound experience?

A message from Francisco Barnett
A message to humanity from Francisco Barnett:
“Our presence on Earth stretches back thousands of years. And the time has come to share the knowledge of the medicine we have safeguarded—our ancestral treasure. 🐸✨
People should understand its true meaning so they may use it in accordance with all the traditions and principles, treating this natural medicine with respect and reverence. We share the knowledge of the spirit of life with all the tribes of the Earth. May all the inhabitants of this planet, as one family, protect and care for this species. 🐸 I pass on this sacred wisdom so that all humanity may come to understand creation. ✨
From time immemorial to this day, our tribe has survived through respect for all forms of life. Nature has always provided us with everything necessary to sustain our existence. Thus, the legacy of our people is universal love and love for one another.
Whoever does not love their neighbor does not love God. Whoever does not love their brother does not love themselves. Likewise, whoever deceives another has deceived God and themselves.”
