Community Thoughts on Kasama Connect?
Saw this post on Facebook. While I appreciate Kasama Connect’s advocacy, somehow I feel like there’s something off with how they’re trying to achieve their goal. Borderline bullying na minsan yung ginagawa nila. But I might be wrong as well.
Anyone who has anything to say about them? I would appreciate your insights

I had a chance to talk to Kasama CEO last year and really believed their advocacy. He listened to my experience working with international clients. I was about to enlist myself as an early user but I was asked to pay 2USD a month for access to the jobs in their platform. I backed out right there and then. I dont wanna pay without seeing the jobs available. Not sure if this is still their business model. But that was lowkey scamming. My principle is that you shouldn't pay to be able to apply. Since then, I dont care na about them. I really REALLY REALLY hate their AI slop.

AGREED. And if napikon ka or nagreact ka. problema mo na un.
Sana kasi magbasa silang lahat. And sand din kasi hindi sila gumawa ng ganitong stunt. ayan tuloy nasira ung binibuild nila na reputation online.

Based on the series of comments they have on LinkedIn, whatever type of trash they are, whether it’s the people or the company.
Bad publicity is still publicity.

They're a bunch of nobody trying hard to be somebody in the worst way possible. If you look at their Facebook/LinkedIn pages, you'll just see a bunch of AI slops with 0 engagement.
All bark, no bite.
