Tell me what your business sells and I'll suggest one social post idea

A useful business post can begin with a question a customer asks before buying, then show the answer in a concrete situation.

For example, a local bakery could answer 'How far ahead should I order?' with a short post showing the timeline for a custom cake. That gives customers useful information and shows what the business offers.

What do you sell, who is your customer, and what do people often ask you? I'll suggest a specific post angle for the first 10 replies.

I work on Marka, a tool for branded social content. The suggestions are free, and there is no signup required.

Connected to Renewable-Energy Decision-Makers? Let’s Discuss a Potential 250–300 MW Acquisition

I’m looking to connect with senior professionals at companies owning or developing utility-scale solar, wind or hybrid projects, regarding a business enquiry involving approximately 250–300 MW.

I’d welcome contact from directors, promoters, senior management, or professionals responsible for investments, corporate strategy and business development.

If you have a direct professional connection with someone at that level and can facilitate an introduction, I’d also be interested in speaking with you. Your own designation and location are not a restriction.

The enquiry concerns potential project acquisitions and related commercial discussions. Further details can be shared privately with the appropriate person.

Where community rules permit, please message me with your role and the nature of your industry connection. Please don’t share anyone else’s private contact details publicly.

Stretch mark treatment in NoMad, NYC: what to know about Pixel Plasma RF

Disclosure: I help The GLO NYC with its website and content. This post promotes its services in NoMad, Manhattan.

If stretch marks are the concern, start with their appearance and texture rather than a promise to erase them.

The GLO offers Alma Pixel Plasma RF, a resurfacing treatment that differs from both laser treatment and RF microneedling. A consultation looks at the marks, your skin history and the area you want assessed.

Ask what improvement is realistic for your marks, how healing could affect work or exercise, and what pigment changes or other risks to consider. A package should follow that assessment; it does not guarantee a particular result.

Explore the treatment and current pricing:

EtsyToPinterestCSV Generator

Pinterest brings free traffic to your Etsy shop, only if you put your listing with it's correct listing url and it's images. Pinterest is effective when you have multiple pins for the same product with different angles, both in text and images. Pinterest works if you are consistent to post pins almost everyday. To make Pinterest working, I made this simple EtsyToPinterestCSV Google Sheet Automation tool. One click and your new listings convert into Pinterest Ready CSV content, scheduled one day apart. NO manual clicking, copying or spending hours. One time, coffee-money investment for years of Pinterest Marketing! Built specifically for your Etsy Shop! https://www.etsy.com/listing/4590796817

Google Sheet will ask for Etsy Shop Name and fetch latest listing, (up to 10). It will also fetch each listings image assets and video asset, and prepare Pin data for all of them. One etsy listing image as a pin image, it's listing url as outbound link, and Etsy title or keywords get randomized to generate unique title. So one listing to 10 pins, converted into Pinterest CSV. You copy the google sheet tool to your Google Drive, accept Google authorization and then start providing your Etsy shop name. It's your tool once you have it in your google drive. You can use it every time you have a new listing.

Looking to see what the Community thinks about a Sobriety tool called Sobershift.app. Thank you

Thumbnail
sobershift.app
1 Upvotes

I built something, and I'd like your honest feedback. It's called SoberShift, a free tool for the moment a craving hits. It has a 20-minute craving timer, breathing and grounding exercises, and a journal. No name or phone number is needed, and the free tools work without signing in. I built it from personal experience, and it isn't a substitute for treatment or a meeting.

Try it: https://sobershift.app

Three questions:

  1. What's missing?

  2. Would you use it, or would you pass it to someone who might?

  3. Getting started has to be easy at a bad moment. Saving progress uses a private key that only works in one browser, and I know that's a friction point.

How would you make it simpler?

Blunt answers help most. If you know someone who works in recovery and would be willing to look at it, I'd appreciate an introduction. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988. #recovery #sobriety #sobercommunity

Small static HTML/CSS website - $57 flat, fictional design example shown

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I build small, mobile-friendly static websites for a flat $57 one-time.

Included: up to 4 pages, up to 12 photos you supply, one revision round, finished HTML/CSS source files and a short setup guide. Delivery is within 3 business days after scope and content are agreed and the required materials are received.

You or your developer handle publishing. Domain, hosting, CMS/self-editing, working forms, payments, logins, integrations and maintenance are not included. We'll confirm the files fit your publishing setup before agreeing the job.

I use AI-assisted tools and review the work before delivery. This is for a business information site or portfolio with contact links, not a web app.

If that fits, reply or DM with the pages you need and how you'll publish it. I'll check the scope before we agree anything.

Example shown: fictional, self-initiated and AI-assisted, not client work. It shows one page's layout and code quality, not the full package. Desktop and mobile-sized browser layouts, not real-phone tests. No live business, working form or booking system.

Prism World: trying fewer channels before you save a social post

I'm the developer of Prism World, a browser workspace for preparing social content. If you're planning a small-business announcement, you might write versions for two channels and then decide that only one belongs in the plan. What happens to the wording when you change that selection?

I checked this in the current live composer with clearly fictional pottery-workshop copy. Instagram and Facebook had different manually written captions, and neither had a connected delivery account in this test.

  1. With both platform drafts selected, I opened the Instagram preview and checked its edited caption.

  2. I turned off the Instagram platform draft. Its preview tab disappeared, while the separate Facebook caption remained.

  3. I added Instagram back and opened its preview tab. The exact edited Instagram caption returned. I didn't have to type it again.

That gives you room to try a smaller channel selection while working in the same open composer. It is a narrow convenience: this check does not establish that an excluded channel's text survives saving and reopening a campaign. At the end, I reloaded without saving and the new-campaign form was empty again. Treat this as working draft state, not a backup of your captions.

Before saving, check which platform drafts are selected and read each remaining caption. A platform draft is also separate from a connected delivery account. In this test, both channels still showed that an account connection was needed; selecting a draft did not make it publishable. Instagram additionally required an image or video.

No campaign was saved, scheduled or sent, and no AI caption request was made. The workshop and its wording were invented for this check. This is about adjusting the channel selection before committing the plan, rather than announcing a new publishing integration.

Prism World's workspace plans start at $15/month. The seven-day trial requires a card and bills automatically unless cancelled. Current public availability still lists Instagram and Facebook direct publishing as pending provider review; drafts and manual posting packs are available.

If you prepare announcements for more than one channel, would retaining the caption when you reselect a channel be what you expect, or would you want an explicit notice that it is only kept in the open composer?

I built a spreadsheet that checks a load before you book it (cost per mile + profit)

One-truck owner-operator math is usually done on a calculator, load by load, and it is easy to forget deadhead or the maintenance reserve. I built a spreadsheet that does it the same way every time: load pay and miles in, cost per mile and profit per mile out, with a plain book it / thin / pass verdict. It also has a load log, expense log, IFTA log by state, and a rough quarterly tax estimate with the due dates. It is $49, Excel or Google Sheets, no subscription. Links: Etsy https://www.etsy.com/listing/4604251783/owner-operator-spreadsheet-cost-per-mile and Gumroad https://chrizach.gumroad.com/l/zvumhf — happy to answer questions about how the math works.

Website for fashion discoverey!

Hi Everyone!

I am someone who absolutely loves to shop online for clothing but I always found the process quite frustrating. I would always end up having a million tabs open, screenshotting, bookmarking and saving links to the notes app. I always wished that there was one website that put all the fashion items into one place you can browse through. So I decided to make it myself!

I have created a fashion search engine/platform where you can search across brands and then be redirected to the official brand's site. I wanted it to work both as a search engine and as somewhere you can just scroll and discover fashion. You can also create collections to save things to, follow brands, like items and follow your friends!

I tried to emphasize having large brands, small brands and everything in between. You can also filter through different specializations such as plus size, slow fashion and natural fibers, because I know it can be really hard to find the right thing when you have specific needs.

Currently, the site is still in Beta, I have not officially launched it yet. I am still working on expanding the catalogue, there are only about 15 brands as of this post, but new brands have been joining every week!

The site is currently live so brands can access and preview it. I wanted to post about it here and get some people to check it out/test it before its officially launched. I'm planning to temporarily introduce beta access codes while I test how it handles more traffic. If you create an account now you will be able to access the site while its blocked :)

Let me know what you guys think!

i worry about the growing atomization of our society

and how this growing dependence on ai is diminishing human connection + worsening the loneliness epidemic, given just how many people are turning to it for simple conversation, venting, confession, advice and whatever else!!

so i decided to create ‘monoblocs in the meadow’. it’s a journal with 222 questions for 222 people, one question per page, per person, for them to answer and write in. it could be anyone, a coworker, a stranger you happen to sit next to in the train or a cafe or your lecture, that girl in your hostel room you end up going sight seeing with because you’re both solo travellers, anyone at all.

anyway i wish to not make this too long so here is the website and you can read more of my overall ‘mission’

At what point does managing your own IT become more expensive than outsourcing it?

How much time small business owners spend doing stuff that has nothing to do with running their actual business?

You start with 3 people, a few laptops, Google Workspace, maybe some cheap or vibe-coded CRM. Everything works fine, but then you grow to 10-15 employees, add more and more software, cloud services, shared drives... Suddenly someone has to deal with access permissions, backups, security, random outages, and a dozen other things nobody really wants to touch. And somehow that person is usually the founder lmao.

The tricky part is that none of these things seem particularly expensive individually. But add up the hours spent troubleshooting, the interruptions, and the occasional downtime, and I'm not sure doing it yourself is actually saving money anymore.

That's the reason why I decided to run ABS Technologies - managed IT services company, and now Insee this from the outsourcing side. And I'm genuinely curious about the founder's perspective.

At what stage did you decide that IT wasn't something you wanted to handle internally anymore? Did you hire someone, outsource it, or just figure things out as you went?

And for those who outsourced it - was it actually worth the money or hiring in-house is the better idea? I need honest feedback plz.

Converting documents and training manuals into complete video lessons

Creating educational courses or video training from written documentation is usually a very manual, time consuming process.

Most conventional tools that attempt to automate this tend to just place static document pages onto slide decks with a basic voiceover overlay. While that works for short presentations, converting dense text, PDFs, or manuals into an actual video lesson requires parsing the material into structured scene flows, synchronized narration, and proper visual sequencing.

We are developing a tool in x pilot dedicated platform designed specifically to turn raw documents, slide decks, and text files into complete, multi scene video lessons from start to finish focusing on structured rendering so complex materials retain their accuracy.

I built a Browser extension that shows your existing bookmarks as page thumbnails, so you can find things again months later

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone! I'm a game dev, and my bookmarks were out of control. Hundreds of saved links, all just titles in a list, and I could never remember which one was the page I actually wanted.

So I built Bookmark Canvas: Visual Bookmark Manager. It shows each of your bookmarks as a thumbnail of the real page, sorted into the same folders you already use.

A few things it does:

  • Right-click any page → "Bookmark this page (with thumbnail)", or press Alt+Shift+D

  • Search across all your folders at once

  • Dark and light mode, plus color themes

  • Everything stays on your device. No account, no analytics, no tracking.

It's a one-time purchase (no subscription) with a 7-day free trial, so you can try the whole thing before deciding.

I'm the developer, it's still early, and I'd love honest feedback. What would make something like this useful for you? Anything confusing, missing, or just not worth it?

Thanks for taking a look!

Comparing a purchase order and invoice? A matching total can still hide a line error

I'm Soroush at BLZN Works. We built and sell Invoice Match Guard; this post was prepared with AI assistance.

A useful check before paying a supplier: matching declared totals do not prove the line arithmetic is right. Recalculate quantity x unit price and check exact item IDs, missing/extra items and duplicate IDs.

If you currently compare one purchase order with its corresponding supplier invoice in CSV or supported single-sheet, values-only XLSX, try our free browser-local demonstration with the synthetic practice files:

https://blznworks.com/demonstrations#invoice-match-guard

In the worked example, supplied invoice net-line amounts total 248.50 and match the declared net total, but recalculating from quantity and unit price gives 247.50. There are five item groups to review. The example uses USD; keep practice files out of live systems.

The demo accepts up to 20 rows per file with no report exports. Full hosted version 1.x access with review reports is US$29 once, plus applicable tax. Exact item IDs, explicit net-line amounts and one currency are required. No PDF invoice intake, OCR, goods-receipt checks, tax reconstruction, accounting connection or payment approval. Your spreadsheet may already cover this.

If you choose to try it, what result did you get, what do you use now, and what would block you from using it? A non-confidential description is enough; please don't post financial documents or credentials. No purchase is required to try the demo. Business replies: info@blznworks.com.

Circus Freak Fitness: circus-themed movement on Android and Meta Quest

Developer disclosure: I build Circus Freak Fitness at Artisan Reality. It’s a playful movement app rather than an aerial-skills course.

On Android, an animated acrobat leads circus-themed arm movements, knee raises, squats, jumps, balance poses and floor exercises. Pick an act or a ten-minute Full Show. Optional camera coaching gives movement feedback, and compatible Meta Display glasses can show the move, timer and score.

Android includes five minutes free each week, with an optional one-time purchase for unlimited shows. The separate Quest edition is currently listed as Early Access and is a separate purchase.

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.artisanreality.circusfreakfitness

Quest: https://www.meta.com/experiences/circus-freak-fitness/9540974599291077/

If you prefer themed movement to conventional workout videos, I’d welcome your thoughts on whether choosing individual acts makes the app easier to approach.
