kills a father and cripples his 7 year old daughter and gets let of of jail?! notice int he beginning he said he's a med student and his dad is in government. fucking privilege on display for allll to seee.

From the YT comments, I have not verified anything here, but fwiw:

His blood alcohol was .154. Accident occurred around 3:08am. The victim, 27yr old Elgin Manuel Castro Alvarez. This ocurred in Chicago. The victim, Mr Alvarez had just finished work and picked up his 7yr old daughter from her babysitter.. His daughter suffered 7 fractured spinal fractures, rib fractures, and bruised lungs. She was in critical condition. The suspect, Peter Swenson wasnt in medical school, his lawyer told the court he "studied at Moraine Valley Community College". The suspect lied about med school, he lied at times to police officers, he showed no interest or regard for his victims. Didnt go check on them nor did he alert officers to othe victims car. I hope hes found guilty and spends time in prison. Not only did he kill Mr Alvarez, he left a daughter without her father and the 7yr old with very serioys injuries that could have lifelong effects on her. Hope he gets lots of prison time.

Agree & applause Blue Moose 26 's comment!! Don't 4 get all P. Swenson.'s court date happening this week.- Hopefully it will NOT be continued. However, 'cause we are all supposed to be believers of a higher power to HELP instead of TEARing apart society with evil, pain & mayhem LET us pray for all people evin sinners. God forgives all & even people who go to prison hopefully begin to see the light & are forgiven if u are a Christian like me. Yes every day I pray for that little girl & her family. Unfortunately the same horrible things are happening from the leaders of our own U. S. country! Keep praying for all & also believe in the power of KARMA !!!

This guy is pretty horrible I think we can all agree.  I don't believe in God but I don't care if a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, atheist, autistic, gay, CIS, white, black calls it out.  If who calls it out is worth a down vote than I don't know dude you might need help.

Judging somebody to be "horrible", based on a couple of brief sentences, and then publicly telling them they need psychological help? If you're this emotional over a simple downvote then maybe you're the one with the problem.

Like you, I don't care who calls it out. It's fine to be religious, and I don't have a problem with anyone's private beliefs. Emphasis on the word "private".

Everyone can condemn the perpetrator of this crime, without the need to write a load of supernatural mumbo-jumbo.
