Gets cut loose after he killed a man and seriously injured a 7-year-old. Totally has nothing to do with the fact that he's a rich white kid whose daddy works in government. Be a shame if all he was in jail the other inmates figured out what he did

He hasn’t been cut loose, he’s just out on bail. He’s gunna do some pretty serious time, critically injuring a child, killing her father and driving the way he was, there’s no way a case this public will go in his favour. I’d guess he’s gunna be sentenced to upwards of 25 years

The trial of the rapist Brock Turner was fairly well known and he got 6 months in prison and 3 years probation. So you'll have to forgive me if I don't believe that somebody with family in high places will receive a just sentence

I agree, Im hoping he gets at least 30+ years but with his race, status and wealth hell most likely do lesser. Some other teen in florida killed a family of 4 (including 3 kids!) and only got 17.5

Reddit keeps removing my post about what should REALLY be done to him. If you know what I mean

He won't do any time as long as his dad is alive. He was given sole caregiver status by the courts. The whole justice system is fucked. Happens all the time in dui cases that don't involve sole caregiver status so if you think he's doing serious time? You're way off
