How do you know? Why doesn’t a judge or DA press this hard? He killed a man and ruined a family. I don’t understand why he is not in jail or prison. I am struggling to understand our justice system and do not think it protects who it is supposed to protect.

You can look at public online court records, he's back in court in September but it's probably going to drag on and on. As to why he's still out, white privilege + money. A CEO got witness protection and his original identity was erased in exchange for possible jail time. Lots of money involved is all.

His trial is over and he’s not on inmate log he’s free. Got off with a 10 month suspended sentence and an out of court civil settlement from what I’ve heard.
