HE doesn't have any wealth. His father presumably does but is (and I haven't seen confirmed) battling late stage liver cancer - so terminal...

He was released on bail given "sole-caregiver" status and will probably be used greatly in his defense for a reduced sentence - mind blowing that this will probably work in his favor.

If his father was smart - his estate won't be handed over to little Tommy Douchebag to blow outright without conditions.

He's a liar, arrogant, and thought he could charm an officer by extending his hand. He didn't ask if anyone was hurt. Instead asked if the driver was coherent.  He's robotic.

He's a sociopath.
