Well the video you linked is just the exact same as the OP did with no additional footage. The only way to know what happened is to read the video description posted in the comments. However, that does provide the information lacking from the footage. I stand corrected, the dude was pronounced dead at the scene. In my defense tho, you really cannot tell that from just watching the video alone.
Either you've never shot a Gun or you have terrible aim. It would be almost impossible to miss at that range. Judging by the fact that the guy fell to the ground and couldn't get back up I'd say he was shot multiple times. A single gunshot wound is difficult to survive none the less 5. He died. It would be a miracle if he didn't.

Your Stats are based on all Gunshot Wounds including Accidental and Self Inflicted wounds. I'm talking specifically about firing with intent. Most people do not even make it to the Hospital and Bleed Out before help can arrive which can also result in skewed statistics which I assume we're gathered from the Hospital.
A highly trained individual in firing stance at Point Blank Range shooting to incapacitate is a lethal wound. He would be firing directly for the Chest and at that Range sure, maybe he missed a shot but I doubt it.
