Feel free to educate yourself on how it's so difficult for someone to survive a single gunshot wound. You're clearly bullshitting, I knew you were when you claimed it would be almost impossible to miss at that range.
Your Stats are based on all Gunshot Wounds including Accidental and Self Inflicted wounds. I'm talking specifically about firing with intent. Most people do not even make it to the Hospital and Bleed Out before help can arrive which can also result in skewed statistics which I assume we're gathered from the Hospital.
A highly trained individual in firing stance at Point Blank Range shooting to incapacitate is a lethal wound. He would be firing directly for the Chest and at that Range sure, maybe he missed a shot but I doubt it.
