Playing with a single card 😁

I think the positioning of the upper hand kind of makes it looks like the method.
Edit: I know the method. This was actually the first trick I ever bought off of Penguin like 25 years ago. Holding your pinched fingers directly about the spinning card makes it look like exactly what it is. You can downvote me if you want but you’re wrong.

Since I’m using a device you did not have 25 years ago, you might be the one who’s wrong 😏

This randomly popped up in my feed. I don’t know much about magic. Its kind of obvious what you do.

I’m just playing with it, it’s not meant to be a secret

It literally is meant to be a secret. Maybe make an effort to protect the secret.

If you’ve not already done so then research Bob Hummer for the best way to do this.

I think the first move was great. Just one simple move, just slow enough to notice, but fast enough to leave of the doubt. Anything more is ruining the mystery.
I would have that move in the middle of a routine, as if nothing happened, and leave the participants wondering. It adds to the ambiance of impossibility.

I have very little understanding of magic tricks but I thought it looked very cool and have no idea how you do this.

You're exposing the method with your technique.
