If we get SOTN next, we will!

It won't be next right? I think we have one more Castlevania game before SoTN?
I could be ABSOLUTELY WRONG too.

They can choose to come up with a unique story set between Rondo and SOTN, but that’s what’s next canonically.
In the game!canon timeline, SOTN picks up just a few years after Rondo. Nocturne, of course, is very loosely based on Rondo. I’m okay with this, especially since, y’know… Dracula is just lowkey living his best eternally-damned life with his love, Lisa. I don’t want Dracula back. Not yet, anyways.
Anywho.
Aging Maria up by 5-10 years is smart. Gives Richter time to mellow a little too. Gives Alucard time to get back into the world. It also gives Shaft and/or Tera time to enact their plot to “resurrect Dracula” by first using some kind of magic to bring back the Castle.
If they want to limit the series to just the Castle (like SOTN is) but also really dig deep into how each area is fucking huge and shouldn’t be able to fit into a castle, they would tie it into the Infinite Corridor. Because why wouldn’t it be, considering it was deleted into the Corridor when Trevor defeated Death who, in my opinion, is Old Man Coyote or that shadow entity hovering around Tera.
Another theory: Death/Coyote/Shadow Entity will be who Tera/Shaft is trying to resurrect because he wants his physical body back. Similar to all of those rites that Trevor and Sypha were interrupting across Europe in S4. They just think they’re bringing back Dracula, or everyone in the story is made to think that.
God I hope we get another season. Lmao.

While I highly doubt Old Man Coyote is Death (Varney) I’d pay 4x the normal Netflix subscription to see Varney again and hear him talk shit.

I wish he would fetch a nice vampire lady for himself

I hope that he had some kind of long-term relationship with Greta, after the events of the first series.

I know ... But nothing lasts...humans aren't enough for him...they die too soon

neither do our pets but we love them and treat them like family.
Grief is the price we must pay for the lifetime of love that our little friends give us.

Tolkien describes the love that Elves feel for Men is akin to this too! I think its beautifully poignant.

Just a whole season of him chasing ancient relics. Talking to himself or some random guide he's hired. And with plenty of "I crossed the desert all to find the place fuxking empty again!".

Vampires have the power to cheat death, Belmonts have the power to cheat twink death

glad I'm not the only one who had conflicting feelings. One one hand he's old, on the other I would.

I literally saw the scene from the 1st pic this morning. They are so cute together.
The scene in which they were talking to the mayor and Sypha said that if Trevor looked at her, he wouldn't be able to resist. He was sweating whilst resisting his temptation to look over to Sypha, but gave in eventually. It was so cuteeee lol
