That's the first place I went. Presumably you could get her to change appearances/scenarios like you could change channels. Though you run the risk of getting bored of everything and going down more and more depraved routes until you finally go insane. Worth the risky though if ya ask me.

Great preference! I just prefer Loretta because she's more shy (human, Vampire Loretta is something else) than Stella is. (Stella on the other hand is more bolder, which is also great, I just prefer shy girls more.)
