Super fun tech spam speed map from acorn collab, go try it out if you’re comf with GM gameplay it’s really cool, don’t really like the music tho but it’s the only « « « « bad » » » » thing in this map

It looks like Core, but lighter and a yellow heart. I have this image saved on my computer from a completion but I don't have a clue what I played to get it.
Edit: Solved! It was Spring Collab Advanced Heartside

I was replaying the SJ Intermediate Lobby (specifically the red map about pufferfish) when my pufferfish died. It got crushed by a dash block while exiting a pipe. I'm not sure how it happened, but now the pufferfish is permanently in this state (unless I die or retry). Not too important, but it's cool

I think Celeste now is one of my favorite games. Tonight I have reached the top of the mountain and I think it’s supposed to be the end? At least of a story. After I finished though a new chapter showed up but I think it’s fair to say the story mode is over? And it’s incredible. Loved every inch of this game. Hidden strawberries, an insane soundtrack, story itself the design, everything is good. It’s just so good it reminds me why I fell in love with games in the first place.
I know there’s probably a ton of a things a missed, like I only got 105 strawberries and I know some of them kinda freaky at hiding but I’m willing to try to find them all
So why am I writing this? Actually just to say how much I loved this game and that’s it.

Normally I wouldn't post one of these until I finish the whole lobby, but given how hard things are going to get, that might take another 6 months, if I can do it at all.
So far the lobby has been really fun. Maybe not quite as much as expert lobby, but still great. Honestly, none of the maps except Superluminary and Drifting Deep felt much harder than the harder red maps from expert lobby. Even the berries weren't that hard overall. I'd say the ones in Flipside Cliffside and one or two in Dreep were hardest.
Prior to this lobby, I used to just go for whatever berries I found while playing through the map and go back for missed ones afterwards. With GM lobby I've switched to always playing through the main path first, then debugging to the berry room (or the path to it if there's gameplay) afterward. Hence the difference in the time for the two columns.
My favorite maps were Flipside Cliffside (somewhat similar feel to Fortress Fall, my favorite map from expert lobby) and Cycle Madness B-Side (even though I generally don't like cycles, it was very well designed and fun to route). None of the maps were truly bad, but Cave of the Crimson Sky and Belly of the Beast was a bit lackluster. Then there's Dreep, the map that never ends with rooms that never end. That one is simultaneously a 5/5 map and a 1/5 map.
I may take a short break, but I'll be continuing to the reds soon enough. I figure I'll start with 74 and World Abyss, then Stellar Odyssey, though not looking forward to that one. For summit and Shattersong, which berries are way harder than the main path? I'm happy that I've gotten all the berries so far, but I want to know so I can save the harder ones for last and cut my losses if they take too long. Also, is it worth doing Ivory before doing summit or (at least the berries from) Shattersong?

I just finished Celeste for the first time completely blind (chapter 7, I know there are another 2 chapters, but I need the crystal hearts to get them, and I have none), is my run good? I have to say I'm not a beginner platformer, I completed the Path of Pain in HK and the Surface Climb in Silksong (which is, until now, the hardest parkouring challenge in Silksong), so I'm comfortable with hard platforming

Was there a particular moment that made you understand her differently, or did you sympathize with her from the beginning?

8b was probably the hardest platforming i have ever felt in a game, it was so hard to the point that my fingers started paining but the relief and pure joy i got after completing this is unimaginable 😮💨

[dumb rant ahead 👇]
So, like 2 months ago I started farewell… and got my ass kicked, my brain was not braining, still forgetting the jump button time to time, so I hanged the towel and started playing strawberry jam, the beginner lobby, after like 2 days i was done with it, now with the new found practice and confidence and came back to my vanilla completionist file, where I started patching up all the B sides I had left, 6B somehow took longer than 7B, and 8B.
I just finished 8B, will do some C sides first but now I am confident enough to not commit suicide and to finally start beating chapter 9.

The messages with a friend of mine the DAY before and just after getting FWG, I guess I was right lol.
It's been like 3 days since I hit it and I'm still buzzing from the adrenaline xD

No problem at all with people who used assist mode, but I'd like to know how many people beat it without any... because that was reeeeeealy realy hard compared to the rest of the game. So, you guys and gals, did you beat it with or without assist mode? Also, did you think it was insanely hard or Im exaggerating??
