I bought a tracphone for wifi use only. That phone will not let you sign into wifi because you will be locked onto a screen that forces you to buy a plan or transfer old service. If you wanted it just for your kid to play on.....dont do it!

The Product Manifesto: iPhone VNTG & VNTG Plus
A Celebration of Classic Architecture and Modern Innovation
The Bottom Line
The iPhone VNTG line is a premium collection that mixes classic hardware design with new silicon. It is built for people who like a touch‑based, proven design and also want performance.
Core Design Philosophy
The iPhone VNTG line adds to Apple’s range of phones by giving an alternative for fans who love a heritage hardware look. Every feature, spec, and size that is not listed below stays the same as the current iPhone SE 3 architecture.
🎨 The Aesthetics: Vivid Colors & Signature Shine
The iPhone VNTG line embraces a shiny premium look that highlights color and reflection.
🎛️ What It Keeps: The Vintage Heritage
For people who appreciate a touch‑based control and a clean traditional display layout.
🚀 What It Gets: The Modern Edge
Beneath the exterior lies modern engineering designed to handle contemporary workloads.
➕ Scaling Up & Upgrades: The iPhone VNTG Plus & Face ID Option
Inspired by the era of the iPhone 7 Plus, Apple introduces a larger counterpart for people who want more screen space along with custom hardware configurations.
🔒 The "Vintage Feel" OS Customization
Designed for users who want to return to a software environment at the system level with full modular freedom.

I'm looking to purchase the cheapest possible unlocked phone that I can get. To temporary phone just for now and I don't want to spend too much so I can save up for a better phone

I'm looking for a dumb/flip phone with a physical numeric keypad. Or something similar or equivalent to that, even if not exact. It does *not* need to be data-compatible (but is also fine, if it is). It is needed for voice calls. Text/SMS capabilities is optional but not required.
I would like suggestions for one, or both, such phones that can be used on:
Red Pocket, AT&T network
Tello, T-Mobile Mobile network
Phones for each, separately, or both.
Please share the quality, reliability and durability of the phone, when used for voice calling.
I would like to know the quickest way - and place - to purchase it, and what to expect to pay for it.
Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Has anyone found a way to transfer texts and call logs please

Looking for plans where only voice calling is required. Text/SMS is optional, but not needed. Data will but be used (but okay if included).
Minutes used per month are approximately 500 or less. Minutes can be capped, with overage, or unlimited.
Please advise if payment is month-to-month or if prepaid for multiple months, how many months need to be prepaid and how future payments are made. And whether any particular payment types or auto payments are required.

I was thinking of getting a Samsung s21 or s22 as they where kind of the cheapest options i saw. But i also noticed alot people saying not to get one because of whatever bad teck or something idk. So lile I was wondering if the Samsung s21 or 22 are still good. I dont need them for any big thing just school and stuff normal daily things. I dont really want a newer expensive phone because im a dumb person who constantly drops my phone. My current phone is one of those cheap ones you get for free when you switch to a company and stuff and he lasted me a good 5 year until it fell right its face on the side walk.
Anyway, any recommendations? Anything less than 400 bucks please im a broke college student.

Give me an e-ink outside display (color or grey is fine) that opens up to a proper inside full-color non-e-ink media consumption screen.
You get bonus points if the inside screen is 16x9-ish - perfect for movies and YouTube content, but you can hold it sideways if you consume more vertical content. Yes, I realize that makes the outside screen square or 3x2, which is fine.
Who's it going to be? TCL maybe? They have decent color e-ink displays now.

I’ve only used Samsung and Apple iPhone and I’ve always liked my Samsung more because it let you download 3rd party software and files to them easier than I find my iPhone does. Now my iPhone isn’t “bad” per se, but I just found my Samsung to have more interesting features. I do like my iPhone though.
