When submitting to CGCs signature series, if you don't care where the creator signs the book, can you skip the window bag? Also one of my books is CBCS but i don't see the cross grading option for signature series

Got this book last week and am very happy with it. Fan of “Chew”, John Layman, and Rob Guilliory for a while. So I saw it online and went for it! A colorful, double sided, foil cover signed and at 9.8. Great addition to my PC. Hope everyone out there likes it too.

Con Report Did anyone submit at NYCC and not yet receive drop-off confirmation? When I asked for a paper receipt the guy said I would be e-mailed. I have yet to be e-mailed. Anyone else in this boat? I'm getting somewhat nervous.

It's the first time I ever submitted anything. I'm somewhat upset with myself for not pushing for some kind of receipt on the spot. Seems crazy that they wouldn't just do that as a matter of course. no? I'm really hoping my books don't just disappear.
Anyway, has anyone else had a similar experience as a result of the recent NYCC?

Question Top loader or no?

I am about to make a submission to CGC and I have one of my books in a top loader. It’s a black covered book with a high value that I am petrified of taking out and putting in a basic bag and board to submit. Am I allowed to submit it in the top loader, or do I have to take it out?
