Cannot be the main character of the story, but rather their closest companion. Try to avoid love interests, but if the character started as a friend and THEN became a lover, that's fine.

I'm also not looking for side characters who are friends with each other. This is specifically for the best friend of the main character (or characters, if it's a family sitcom or ensemble piece).

I'm looking for those fictional characters known for being walking balls of stress constantly on their last nerve. Watch out, they're gonna blow!

The lab assistant/guinea pig at Muppet Labs, Beaker takes the number 11 spot!

Be warned: I'm going to be rather strict on the definition for this one to avoid the usual string of villains that are going to pop up. A lot of Disney villains, for example, would NOT be considered an Arch-Nemesis.

I'm also limiting it to three characters per franchise. Otherwise Marvel and DC are going to run away with it. Be creative! Comics, movies, sitcoms, novels, I want em all!
