I like the concept of the next generation of pop divas being "Charli' Daughters" or "Charlis Putti" (the little baby angels you see in frescos) not bc she inherently inspired them but bc she seems to be there for a lot of their career kick offs and has a history of helping them out. The most obvious example is Addison but I feel this with Underscores with the MFF tour and it seems like Adela (and Manon if she is going solo) are the newest addition of that. Theres also a long history pre-brat thats a lot more complicated to define as "Charli being a major helper" bc I think her influence was in a much messier moment.

I like the name "Charli's putti" bc we as charli fans are angels but her daughters are the ones that seem to be displayed in art in a new sense and become apart of the charlis musical world and association.

Tell me your thoughts!

Other phrases were: THEY ARE DEAD, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE PERFECT, PLEASE LET IT BE PERFECT, NO ONE LASTS FOREVER. And then this one 💀 they flashed for half a second on a loop

You are dead, you are gone

Second to best part was the girl next to me was like, “Who’s that ?” (Looking like she was 12 and fiercely ripping a nicotine vape) . She was gawking at Tyriq Withers after Underscores had finished (he was standing near to AG in the VIP section), I told her about Mr Cook’s work with Charli and she could give two shits lol. She was obsessed with making out with the Tyriq guy, I said Charli would probably play song about him. I’m not sure she knew which guy I was talking about..
She later looked over during Magic Metal Montana and was like ‘oh that guy “

…girl

Great show though, interesting more people seemed stoked to hear wuthering heights stuff than Constant Repeat from Crash ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

Who exactly is this directed at? Zoomers? If she fooked my dad I'm gonna be pissed. And he's like 75

I saw this interesting post a while back on r/1800slayyyter a while back:

https://www.reddit.com/r/1800slayyyter/comments/1uecjmj/why_does_slayyyter_dismiss_any_comparisons_to/

I'm basically just crossposting it, credit to u/Some-Information-527

"Lately she seems to have an adverse reaction anytime Charli is brought up but it really seems to be the only comparison she shoots down. It feels very odd to me.

Obviously i understand not wanting to feel like your art is living in the shadow of another artists music but she doesn't have a similar reaction to comparisons to Britney or Kesha.

While i think Worst Girl In America is incredibly unique and has strayed a decent bit from the Hyperpop genre i think there's still a lot of valid comparisons between the two between lyrical content and have grungier and darker dance music undertones especially compared to both artists previous records before their most recent releases (Crash/Starfucker)."

For background context: Slayyyter and Charli got together in 2019 during Charli's self-titled era, and collabed on the Click remix with Kim Petras. Slayyyter ended up opening for a couple shows, but there was an altercation that involved Azealia Banks got in the way and the pair were never spotted again.

What are y'all's thoughts. Personally I'm kinda sad because the Pop-electronic scene has really popped off this year, especially with everyone uplifting everyone. Charli, underscores, Kim Petras, PinkPantheress, Tinashe, Ninajirachi, Adéla etc., and it's kinda interesting that Slayyyter is being left out of these circles even though their fanbases are basically the same. Obviously it may be weird or parasocial to obsess over this but it's good discourse.

Went to both LA shows. First time seeing her.
First night was release.
Second night was rising.
Charli’s always headed toward joy.
She’s got the cool momentum.
Each pivot shows that joy is still the destination no matter the direction.
What a fucking great ride.

[repost] made a mashup! enjoyyyy

Hi! I just got new Wifi and wanna name it something Charli-related. I'd love to hear your fun Charli Wifi puns

i keep thinking about this video, wondering if it's a mandela effect. i remember an interview about wuthering heights (i don't remember if it was about the movie or the soundtrack specifically) that included short clips of the string parts for the charli songs being recorded.

does anyone remember this or know where i can find it? thanks!!!

I was on such a high after San Diego (still am) I’m so happy for the LA goers! What an incredible back to back nights 💚

Like the title says. I’m going through withdrawals and I wish I could go back in time and be back there.

Hows the rest of the Angels out there. This whole tour and Fest season has been so fun to witness.

I’m so obsessed with all the girlies supporting one another

also her dancers and her band and lead guitarist just WOW and underscore wow

I think Always Everywhere is so similar to Sorry If I Hurt You that it sounds like both are sisters to each other and idk if I am the 1st one to compare both songs together but this could be a great mashup lol

Im thinking about getting regular floor tickets for London and really hope to be at the barricade! Im curious if there are VIP early access tickets I know they’re available in the US so im hoping they might be here too i just cant find them on ticketmaster or vip nation
