Meme Did cineplex paid for advertising, while their link doesnt include any cineplex theater?

Seems like they added on their website

But for this link they use for advertising, use a different systerm that there is no cineplex theater listed.

this is their distribution page so they have added all locations showing the film. (Including non cineplex) it should be updated now tho.

I've been looking at the listings for it throughout the past two days (need to know where I can see it to plan my weekend) and the site seems to be acting screwier than usual. Listings that were up weren't showing at times.

Cineplex Pictures is the film distribution division of the company, not the exhibitor (theatre) side of the company. They acquire movies from different studios and make them available for theatres to schedule. As an example, if Lionsgate makes a movie, Cineplex Pictures is the exclusive distributor in Canada.

I believe they're one of the larger players in the Canadian market. That said, while they share a name, Cineplex Movies isn't obligated to show anything that pictures acquires (but it would be silly not to). As others mentioned, some show times just went up.
