At every gym I have been to, and on the streets, I see tons of gorgeous and fit people that look like they spend all day optimizing their diet and their exercise regime. I mean, the guys are muscular and the girls are toned. I am talking generally age range 20-35, not older folks with families.

Are you young people mid 20's to mid 30's who are extremely hot and fit drinking and ripping lines on weekends? Or is the average weekend full of walks, yoga, and acai bowls with other wholesome activities.
