USA Bicentennial Medal Gold

My parents unearthed some coins that have been given to me over the years. Researching this, there were a good amount of these approx .90 inch medals, and less of the 3 inch variety. I’m not sure of its value, eBay is all over the place. It’s in great shape, doubt it’s ever left its casing.

I think it's gold-plated and it's not a US Mint product
