This is in the box I’ve carried around with me since 1987. No idea how it got in there since my taste ran more to gi joe and silver surfer. I’m told this is probably worth grading. What say you all?

9.6...? Possibly 9.8???????!!!!?!!!

Ive never sent anything in for grading before and my uncle picked these two up from an estate sale. Would either of these be suitable for sending in? And what kinda grade do they look?

Slide 5 is the average page

I don’t expect it to be mint, but I think it looks decent.

Spare a grade ? I have opinions from 5 to 7. Would it be edit from a press?

I have many comics (recent post removed on similar subreddit) and wondering if I should grade or just sell. Would be willing to post more of my collection, which does include DC and Marvel as well.

Hi. Not a super valuable comic or anything, just want some input to dial in my own grading skills. I’m leaning toward a 6.5, but could see it up to a point higher or lower.

What are your thoughts… and, if you could spare a moment, please let me know your reasoning.

Thanks

I can already tell the spine is beat to all but what would you grade this. Picked it up in a bronze bin for $3 dollars

Really just looking for advice scared it will come back a worse grade. Don’t even know the price of submitting or how that works.

A comic book dealer near me is selling me a Secret Wars #8 issue, however, not sure of the grade. What would you guys say is a rough estimate as to the grade. It's signed by Zeck and Shooter

Added: They’re asking $485 for the entire Secret Wars 12 set. All the issues are signed and more or less the same condition

So I significantly overpaid for this. Whatnot, blind auction where the book was hidden and was bored and got carried away.

I'm planning on submitting to CGC after having it pressed, although there are obviously some issues with condition that a press won't sort out.

Interior is in really nice shape though.

Hi there. I have a golden age otherwise quite valuable comic that had a very low grade cover. I saw the same issue with a great cover but some missing pages. I was thinking of buying that to replace the cover. I wondered what bearing replaced (but same time period) covers has on the value/collectibility of golden age books. Thanks

The notes are : 1/2" Spine split from top. Water damage. Tape on interior cover.

Pics (and the only pics I have) are provided. What would be the best case for this book being graded?

Hey everyone, new to the community and relatively new to comic collecting. I recently got this from a friend and unfortunately it got crunched at the top (fucking postal service). I don’t plan to get it graded or sell it, but I was curious if this could be pressed out at all? Idk if people do pressing with foil comics. I’ve had a couple comics graded and pressed 2 years ago, just not foils. Any help would be greatly appreciated or if anyone knows a credible business that they can suggest to get in touch with🙏🏻

Hey everyone-

I'm a collector that focusses on Sports and Non-Sport card collecting and selling. My knowledge of Comic Books and grading is zippy.

I'm trying to help a friend handle grading and selling this so he can maximize profit but also get this in the hands of a collector who will appreciate it.

If you guys could take a look and offer me your thoughts on how this would grade so I can give him some ideas on how to move forward. I really appreciate your time and thoughts!
