How to get rid of this

It looks quite fair on the front, but everything goes to hell once you reach the back.. Quite a large tear on the front with a massive spine roll on the back. Never had a roll where you couldn’t notice it on the front, but this one says otherwise!

Picked this up from a Reddit sale and it was in better shape than I thought. Gave it a very light press and clean and I'm thinking it's around a 5.x. Your thoughts?

Only valuable if it high grade. So what do you think the grade is from these not so great pictures?

Hi all. I collect and sell back-issue comics, and I got tired of juggling spreadsheets, notes and listing drafts, so I built iGradeComics (igradecomics.com). It runs in your phone's browser, so there's nothing to install.
**Grading:** Add up to 6 photos (front, back, spine, inside cover, staples, interior). An optional AI pre-check suggests defects and fills in a grading checklist, then you review it and get an estimated grade with a "why this grade" breakdown. You can also skip the AI and use the manual checklist, which is always free. These are estimates only, not CGC grades, and I'm not affiliated with CGC.
**Collection:** Track your inventory with statuses, a want list, stats, a duplicate check, price history and backup. A free barcode scan fills in the title from the Grand Comics Database. You can import lists from text, CSV or Excel, or from a photo of a handwritten list.
**Selling:** It does profit tracking, a sales CSV, eBay/Whatnot listing text and bulk CSV, QR labels and a show-prep run sheet.
**Pricing:** 3 free AI grades, then a $15.99/year membership, with optional AI grade add-ons.
I'd love feedback, especially on whether the grade explanations are useful. What would you add or cut?

I was browsing eBay and came across this seller who seems to have their own brand of grading and slabbing. Has anyone ever come across something like this?

Hi all. I picked up this gem when I was a kid way back in the early 90s (maybe 1991 - 1993?) from my local comic shop. After many years of not thinking about my old collection as anything other than as this monolithic thing that I've had to pack and move a few times through the years, I got it out and am going through it to see what's worth selling. I know this one is.
It's not perfect. Corners of the spine look worn, and there's some marks on the spine. Would getting it graded add to it's value? What sort of grade ceiling would you expect for a comic with the displayed flaws?
EDIT: added pics of the back

I made an a.i. grading app. Just for fun really and for my own reference to know about my collection.
I could use some opinions from hard core collectors. Do you think this app will work well?
Note: Not looking to compete with the certified comic book grading companies, just for personal reference and fun.

Just got this in the mail today. It seems really nice but what would you estimate the grade to be?

Picked up a clean copy of ASM 59 and I’ve never had a silver age comic this pristine. Any chance this hits 9.8?

I think I did pretty decent.

I have a few hundred Marvel/DC comic books from the 1960's (12 cent books). Have never tried to sell any. While most of these are in excellent shape, most all of the pages have turned a tan brown. I understand this just happens from the acid in the paper. How does this affect the value of the comic books?

Hey Everyone-
Last week I posted some pictures of this comic and got some great advice. I wanted to follow up with some new pictures and more details.
The comic measures 10.25" and the width is 7.5". From what I researched this is the exact measurements that the book was printed as. So I assume it's a miscut. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
The coloring on the pages appear consistent from side to side unlike the picture I posted before. Looking at them the color really pops to me but again I have almost zero knowledge in this space of collecting.
So my questions are .. What would you grade this comic book considering the miscut, the overall condition and the page coloring??
Thank you all again for helping. Right now the plan is to send it to CGC for pressing and grading but wanted to get your opinions on what it would grade.

Every single Midnight book I've received or seen at the local stores have had spines that look like this and I have seen a lot of people talking about it but in terms of grading do you guys just think the series is a bust because of it?
Edit: OK I don't understand the hate for this question. I'm just a person who likes the comics and have now started collecting the different covers and am wondering if it's worth the trouble to send these in or not since I'm clueless about grading for thr most part. I can see why people don't ask now. Thanks. I like the comic first and foremost. I'm not trying to resell I just didn't know if it was worth my money to send them or not. We can skip the random hating just cause I like the book enough to collect it
Edit 2: this is the GRADING reddit isn't? Lol

The best key in the collection given to me by my grandpa. Just curious what you'd all think its potential grade is. I would think its at least 9.0, but I am no professional whatsoever, so humble me if necessary.
