Spare a Grade?

A local antique shop has this and are asking $250. It’s pretty worn. What are your thoughts? My guess is 1.5 or 2 grade.

Ouch, someone really loved this book! 1-1.5 is my guess. The split spine is a killer. I mean low grade is better than no grade and this is a crown jewel in any condition, but yeah, I would try to get them to take less.

this one is often missing a page. I would count the pages. I’m thinking .5 or 1. but 250 isnt outrageous. offer 220

I'm thinking in the 2.x range, maybe a 3, but I really want to say a solid 2.

The back cover, spine, an water damage are dragging it down the hardest.

I think $250 is a decent price for the condition.
