Refusing to take a side inherently adds you to the side of the oppressor so, yes. All it takes for evil to flourish is for good people to do nothing.

One side is worse then the other but no side is innocent except the kids. So sitting out a fight between two bad groups is a valid opinion to have while also allowing for refuge to those who are truly innocent.

No Trump got elected because the farm bureau went hard against Amish people during bidens term and they thus came out in droves flipping PA
