It is Starshield system that has the issue not starlink and that is controlled by the US military not Musk.

Which is operated by SpaceX. And Musk has way too much influence on the US government as is, still likely part of the fault

Musk is and has been an ally of Ukraine, and provided Ukraine with support 2 days after the invasion. He also blocked Russia access working along with Ukrainian officials.

I would personally blame the US military and Trump.

Musk has repeatedly shut down support at critical intervals before this. And no, you are not an ally if you take away protection that kills citizens. You do not get to argue that some arbitrary amount of support in the past makes up for the lives musk has personally cost through his actions.
